My first time here as I don't live locally. They fitted me in and was made to feel very welcome. Very good covid safety management in place. Was offered coffee which was made just how I like it. I was listened to about what I wanted done and kierah is a fantastic hairdresser and I would definitely use them again when I'm back up this way

I was very pleased with my wash, cut and blow dry and especially pleased with the colours she used last time i had my hair coloured. I have been coming to Charlotte because my hairdresser is recovering from cancer and ive been very pleased with my appointments. My husband recommended her.

Thanks to being in self isolation because of my health, since March 2020, my hair needed seriously cutting. I’d been growing out an undercut and it was very long and straggly!!
Clare went through everything with me, i felt extremely confident in her and i wasn’t disappointed! The whole experience was excellent, Clare and the rest of the staff are very friendly and i can’t wait to go back for my new colour too!

Eden did an absolutely fantastic job, I walked away very happy! The atmosphere is lovely, feels very luxurious.

My Normal Lady was very busy with booked in Client's. Therefore I had New Lady Natasha.
Who did the Appointment and i am very pleased with the Colour." Treatment" wasn't what i expected from previous Appointments, however i wasn't told that part of the Treatment was in with the Colour. when Natasha fully Explain this, I then realised,why my Treatment was different.
I definitely prefer the Treatment i received before although when having a Colour it is actually in with the product.
Overall Happy with most of the Service and just the one hicup with my "Treatment" given after Toner. I would recommend this Salon for the polite friendly Atmosphere. Have booked my Next Appointment with Natasha.

Love my new style but the one thing that I look forward to when I come to your salon is the wonderful relaxation chair but unfortunately it wasn’t working!!!

As always, I got the hair cut I wanted, however vaguely I managed to describe my aims. Also a bit of a pampering and a nice chat with Clare. :)
