Reassured as soon as I walked through the door that staff take their temperature when they arrive.

I had a lovely haircut done today by Natasha ! She is very professional, chatty and lovely young lady.She really took her time and I felt very well looked after.All their team are very nice.I highly recomend this hair salon!

Let Charlotte loose on my hair as Marie away and wow!! Great cut and Eden did a fab colour. Always feel so welcome and for 2 hours I feel important, pampered and it’s definitely one of my happy places!!

Lovely friendly service and good colour

Appointment was on time, had a great hair wash and head massage. Clare then made a good job of cutting my hair how I wanted and kindly blow dried a little so that I wasn’t going out of the salon with dripping hair even though I just had a wet cut.
Everyone is friendly and helpful.

I’m always made to feel a valued client and my hair always looks amazing.

My appointment is at 9am generally. In spite of being the early bird I am met with respect, offered coffee. Keirah is punctual, always professional.

Lauren is very friendly but professional too. Gives good advice and makes her clients feel very comfortable.

Little disappointed to be charged £5 for fringe cut, but can understand why even though a quiet day, won’t stop me using them though!

Charlotte did such an amazing job with my hair. She took her time and listen to what I wanted and created exactly the way I wanted it.
I was told by other stylists many a times that the root tint and the high lights I wanted could not be achieved exactly and even if they try to get it done, it would not suit my skin tone. Guess what, all you need is an expert and I'm so glad I got it done at Charley browns. Thanks to Charlotte and the whole team. You guys are an excellent team!

Hair taken back under control!

4th time ive taken my son here
1st 2 times were great -( believe it was with Marie)
2nd 2 times have been horrendous - with *****

1st bad experience was the crown was completely left out not permed at all (was hoping it was a one off as had been perfect 1st 2 times)

This time the Perm is completely lopsided, the left side has not been permed,
have had to have the barber blend up soo high to TRY & hide it.

I’m a hairdresser myself and only treat my son to a perm elsewhere as just that, a treat.

Was also not impressed with not being informed of a £10 price increase until after the “service”
Not worth £40 at all!

Will not be returning
Such a shame.

Charlie Brown’s never disappoints. The girls offer a great friendly service and are really professional and welcoming. Love the way Clare colour and cuts my hair.

Because I have problems with peroxide Marie has sourced a peroxide free product that works fantastic to cover grey, I can’t thank her enough for helping me overcome this and I now have a fantastic colour and haircut x
