Clare has been cutting my hair for years and I'm always pleased not only does she listen but will advise if I ask!¡!! Also due to COVID she has looked after the clients but also the safety of the staff
It’s always nice to go to Charley Browns, staff are always attentive and friendly.

Need Foils taken out slower!! May not hurt as much !! This is the bit a dread having Done !! Must be really sensitive!! Sorry although Eden does gentle foils out, Gentle hair wash and Excellent Treatment i miss having Done. With Eden.

Thats the only part Natasha needs to work on sorry. More Gentle taking foils out and Shampooing Hair. Longer scalp massage although to short and scalp sensitive from foils out and shampooing. Seams bit rushed and that use to be my favourite time.
Sorry to get knots out ?? Are you supposed to Brush from bottom and work your way up to scalp so not to drag knots from scalp to bottom!! Rather than brush from scalp to bottom!! Hair was knotty!!

Overall love how you get the foils right near my scalp when highlighting and love my Colour !! Love our feed back on length!! Love all that. Natasha is polite, focused on the Task however just needs tweeking with more gentle approach with Foils out and Shampooing. May be i will book in a Treatment too to see if this is gentle experience? I miss this part of my Salon experience!! Love the Cost this time.
Sorry to hear this, Yes some people do have extra sensitive scalps, esp after foils. The music is just gentle background noise I'm afraid. Natasha is correct in brushing from the bottom up, to get the knots out, brushing scalp to root when wet is the most damaging to the hair. This was my first visit to Charley Brown’s. From start to finish I was made to feel very welcome, and very importantly for me, listened to! Charlotte explained throughout what she was doing, checking on cut length etc.,
I received a discount as a new customer plus a points collection card for money off after further visits.
In addition there is free parking directly outside the salon.
I will be returning and will recommend!
One minor suggestion, ladies please purchase a coffee machine - we all like a latte! HNY and thank you.

Unfortunately due to rising costs of everything we cant warrant buying a coffee machine yet, but we do still offer our tea, herbal teas, coffee and sparkling water and juices as refreshments! This was my second time seeing Kierah and I really like the way she works with my hair, from the beginning to end, love the massage chair as well when your hair gets washed. Highly recommended her.
