Went in two weeks ago for the regrowth touch up. Wasn’t covered properly.
Went in after two weeks and I wanted only crown to be done not the whole head ( couldn’t be bothered) only the hairline was done thus left a lot of greys again.
Understand they are learning but twice the Regrowth couldn’t be covered.

You aren’t even offered water like other salons which is a shame.

Very nice and warm welcoming staff, beautiful lay out salon.
Amal is very professional in what she is doing can give the best advice u need for your hair care!

Amal listened to my idea of how I wanted my hair, she undertook a thorough look at my previous (outgrown) style and explained exactly what she felt would improve it and ensured throughout that I was happy with what she was doing. I am so delighted with the result - it’s the best my hair has looked since well before lockdown. I’ve already booked my next appointment.

I loved my visit to the salon, Megan was amazing and took great care of me, she did an incredible job! (Thank you Megan!) The salon has a really nice atmosphere, very calming and I felt very relaxed. Lovely scented products, I am very happy with my results. I can honestly say I have never had a greater experience in a hair salon before, I can't wait to come back.

As a new client, I was made to feel really welcome, staff were friendly with a warm atmosphere, Megan was really knowledgeable and helped me with colour ideas, I absolutely loved my colour and cut and would highly recommend the salon!

What lovely experience. Ellie is very skilled, friendly and I am in love with my new colour and layers. Ellie was very helpful when I was choosing a natural shade of brown. It is a lovely salon, I feel pampered and enjoyed high quality hair products too and a great blow dry. I will be back!

This was my first cut with Megan. What a lovely experience. She has a lovely manner that made me relaxed and confident and she took great care to get the cut right. It felt like the old days of relaxing at the hairdresser when I had my own hair. Thank you Megan.

Julia has created a really super salon and it’s always a pleasure to have my hair highlighted there. Ross is very talented!

Ross was lovely. I had , had a disastrous hair cut at another salon and he was very careful to listen and understand exactly what I wanted and explained how he thought he could improve my hair style. On arrival I was greeted by a lovely lady at the door. All the staff wearing appropriate PPE. I was appointed with one of the juniors, Amy. She was lovely and had good general conversation and was very professional throughout my appointment. All the staff were very friendly and I would recommend this salon if you like to feel relaxed and welcome. The salon itself is stunning, very bright and a very positive space. Julia Lampard’s salon is really great, you are made to feel welcome and totally at ease. The standard is very high if Alice, my stylist is anything to go by, I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. Stylist invested a lot of time cutting my hair but I am not satisfied with my cut. Search is still on to find a go to salon for hair cut.

Fantastic experience at Julia Lampard yesterday. My stylist was lovely, chatty and took the time to understand what I wanted to do with my hair and how to make it work for my hair! The music in the salon was wonderfully relaxing and the whole experience was one I look forward to doing again!

I was looking for a new hairdresser and a post on Nextdoor recommending the salon and Ross in particular made me try. I am so pleased I did. Ross actually took his time cutting and blow drying my hair resulting in it looking healthier than it has in years. I can’t remember the last time I didn’t come straight home from the hairdresser and wash my hair and style it myself but today I left it alone! All the staff are really friendly and there’s a lovely, relaxed atmosphere in the salon. Would highly recommend.

I seem to be incapable of conveying what I am expecting or understanding what stylists mean. This was no different. I liked the background music and the hair washing set up was comfortable. I asked for the temperature to be turned down on the water and couldn't really tell the difference. I asked to be shown what length the back would be but was just shown my reference photo. I didn't push it because I didn't want to be a bother. I was asked if the length was ok after the hair was cut - it wasn't what she had described but you can't glue it back on. One of the young women was wearing her mask below her nose whilst washing a customer's hair and her colleague was pinging it.

Alice took careful note of what I wanted and then suggested something that she thought would work. Left feeling lovely, stylish and with low maintenance as requested. Perfect

I recently moved to JL salon and for my first appointment I booked a cut and blow dry with Ross. (I have to mention I had a fringe emergency he had to fix) Ross exceeded all my expectations! He did an incredible job on my hair. From the moment I stepped into the foot every single staff member was fantastic. Everyone was warm, welcoming & kind. The salon is beautiful, highly recommend. Can not wait for my colour appointment next.

Having always had my hair cut at home due to small kids and then having Alopecia 2 years ago I decided to treat myself to a visit at Julia Lampard. I was not disappointed! All the staff were very attentive. My head massage was divine and Alice did an amazing job turning my unruly straggly locks into glossy, smooth new hair! Thank you so much
