I recently moved to JL salon and for my first appointment I booked a cut and blow dry with Ross. (I have to mention I had a fringe emergency he had to fix) Ross exceeded all my expectations! He did an incredible job on my hair. From the moment I stepped into the foot every single staff member was fantastic. Everyone was warm, welcoming & kind. The salon is beautiful, highly recommend. Can not wait for my colour appointment next.

Having always had my hair cut at home due to small kids and then having Alopecia 2 years ago I decided to treat myself to a visit at Julia Lampard. I was not disappointed! All the staff were very attentive. My head massage was divine and Alice did an amazing job turning my unruly straggly locks into glossy, smooth new hair! Thank you so much

Was my first time at the salon and I couldn’t recommend it enough from my experience. My hair is exactly what I asked for and more. Ross has done an amazing job at making me highlights look natural while giving me the look I was after. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and I felt safe with the COVID precautions.

Whether it's natural hair or wig (I've bought two now), Julia and her very talented team will sensitively style your hair. The positive Salon 'blurb' really IS true. (And helpful reception staff will always make you very welcome indeed).

Where do I begin? I met Ross last year after completing cancer treatments. My hair was in need of some tlc. Ross immediately put me at ease. He is sensitive, knowledgeable and I totally trust him. I have always had long hair so this is a new experience for me. Last week I had my first blow dry in over 18 months. When Ross offered I could have hugged him. My hair is long enough now. My confidence has been knocked. But thanks to Ross I walked out of the salon last week feeling so tall. And I could swish my hair! He is a kind young man. This was my first experience at Julia Lampard and I have to say what a thoroughly wonderful experience it was! My stylist Amal was an absolute sweetheart and maintained professionalism at all times whilst being so friendly, positive and understanding! After having a tough time with Covid which had resulted in dramatic hair loss I contacted Julia for some help and advise. It was clear from the initial zoom consultation that Julia was the perfect fit for me. I am so happy with my wigs and now have the confidence to leave the house without feeling so self conscious. I go back there for my hair cut every time. Amal is really good, she has very good attention to detail and she always makes me feel comfortable. My hair is always exactly how I want it. Pleased every time.

After so long waiting, finally being able to have my hair cut was pure bliss. Staff at salon enhanced the experience being welcoming, professional and reassuring . All safety guidance was followed . Ross was excellent as always, attentive, knowledgable and extremely skilful.. member of staff who washed my hair also gave relaxing head massage. . Booked an appointment - and paid the deposit - via their website for a cut and blow dry for my wedding ceremony. Only when I called up to double-check the booking they said there was no available stylist for me that day. Needless to say I was refunded, but it would have been a disaster had I arrived on the day, only to be turned away.

Ross listened to my requests regarding my hair colour and gave me a great blend of colours. Julia gave me beautiful post lockdown haircut. All the other staff really complimented the whole experience. So pleased with the result! Thank you!

The Julia Lampard salon is such a lovely place to visit. The staff are amazingly helpful and the stylists have so many ideas and are extremely skillful with their cutting skills and colouring. The atmosphere is so relaxing with the decor and music. I always look forward to my haircuts with Amal. I also have never had a hairdresser who has been so reasonable with their prices. Well worth a visit !
