I walked into the salon somewhat nervously but was greeted warmly and sensitively. I have alopecia and Julia tinted my own hair and then introduced me to Hannah my wig consultant. Julia was delightful and professional and gave me privacy, tea and comfort. But I have to say that, as far as I am concerned, Hannah was the star turn! She was bright, friendly and caring (I would love her as a daughter) and she went over and above to find exactly the right wig for me. And she did! The colour of my wig chosen by Hannah lifted my skin tone instantly. Julia then styled me and did a wonderful job. She certainly 'knows her stuff'. I have found the perfect salon! Thank you so very much. See you all soon.
p.s. My husband loved it and even better - he paid for it!

Marcin was thoughtful and considerate with my daughter when she came for her first haircut following chemotherapy. Wearing a wig it was nice to be able to remove it in private and chat about her haircut with him. She felt comfortable and relaxed as Marcin worked his magic! Thank you .

As well as being a great stylist. Julia always listens to ideas that I have about my hair and applies them imaginatively. The salon is spacious, clean & comfortable and staff are all delightful.

Julia came recommended to me by a friend long ago. I didn’t have a reason to change but finally decided to go as I was simply tired of the bright lights, loud constant pop music, that is rife no matter how much you seem to pay at hair salons. The salon was lovely, good relaxing music playing, and Julia herself an extremely personable and skilled stylist. My haircut was a challenge as I’ve lost a lot of hair of late, but she took great time to give me a stunning cut that made my hair look healthy and vibrant. Thanks Julia - I’ll be back for highlights next!

A great hair cut that met my expectations. A few ideas and Julia was in full creative flow.

I recently went to the salon for a much needed haircut with Julia. I’ve been experiencing sudden hair loss, and it has been a very difficult experience over the past few months. After some time putting off my next salon visit, I kept looking for a stylist who understands the devastating impact of hair loss and how to best manage it.

Julia truly listened and provided great recommendations to improve my hair. The salon also offers the amazing products from Davines which have immediately improved my hair’s condition. I’m so glad that I found the salon (and Julia) - thanks a million!

I look forward to my next visit, and also trying their colour services.

I can honestly say that Julia Lampard is the nicest salon that I have ever had the pleasure of attending to get my haircut.

I wanted to try this hairdresser for a few
months now. I was waiting for my hair to grow longer and then I would book a re style with Julia. However, when I saw this promotion, models required, I decided to give it a try. I would get a good idea of the place itself for a lower price! And because I am still on holidays it wouldn’t matter if I wasn’t happy with my hair cut! I could just tied my hair and get a new hair cut in September. However, I don’t want tied my hair now! It looks really great! The stylist was kind, careful and very polite. And I think he really understood what I wanted and also he got right idea how my hair works!
I am sure I will go back.

I tried JL as I wanted a change but was a bit aprehensive about it. Stacey understood exactly what I wanted and executed to perfection. Stacey did such a great job that I will not be going back to my previous stylist.

Very pleased with my hair cut/style with Stacey today. Pleasant, clean surroundings in this salon. I went as a "model" but trainee was sick. Stacey did my cut instead. Pleasant young lady, chatty, friendly & accommodating.

The end result was a very professional cut, that I could not fail to be pleased with. I always prefer to use an independent business wherever possible, if I am happy with my purchases/treatment. This salon ticked all the boxes.

Went for a model cut and blow dry
Was there for 3 hours but that's why you are there as a model as you give your time for a very reasonable price

Lillie took time to talk to me and work out what sort of cut would work with my hair; I was really listened to and when she cut it it was as we'd discussed. She promised me that when I washed it it would fall into place; I have and it did! Wonderful; first time in many years I've managed my hair well and quickly. I'm very pleased and looking forward to returning and seeing the cut develop????

Julia has cut my hair for many years and I am always pleased with the cut. She listens to what I want and when she makes a suggestion it is carefully explained and only followed if she is sure that is what I want. Her salon has a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Due to significant hair thinning due to medications and health conditions, I was advised by my hairdresser that I should no longer have colour applied due to the risk of damage thus causing further thinning. I decided to buy a wig as my hair is now very thin. My own hairdresser accompanied me to choose one and we were luckily given an appointment at short notice for a wig consultation. As you can imagine, this is a distressing condition but we were welcomed and I had an hour’s consultation during which I tried on several wigs. The service was compassionate and caring and I left with my new “hair” having found one that suited me in style and colouring. Will be recommending. Thank you very much, great service.

A very relaxing experience

Absolutely first class. So mindful and attentive. There was a calm professionalism. I thoroughly recommend all women undergoing chemotherapy treatment to book a wig consultation with Mariam and then let Julia work her magic on styling it to suit. Sheer perfection.

Having been dissapointed with other hair salons in Guildford I was delighted to find this gem.
An elegant layout but with knowledgeable and friendly staff. I got great advice on my colour and the products made my hair feel beautiful. Worth a visit, from someone who cares about their hair.

Everything is always five star I wouldn’t go anywhere else, not even London.

A lovely up market salon well appointed airy and pristine. The young inexperienced trainee did well faced with a new older client. Appropriately and pleasantly supervised, she made a good job of the wash & conditioning with head massage. The blow dry styling was very well done and the result superior to others I have had with trained stylists. I was made comfortable and given an excellent pot of tea, much appreciated. No doubt confidence will build with experience
I will fill in the stars but I don't feel they are so appropriate in the case of models.

I have to be honest, not too impressed. I did book last minute, and when I arrived I was sat waiting for a good 20-25 minutes, and I could see the lady who was due to do my hair in no rush, laughing with her current client and taking pictures of her hair for her! This is fine.. but when I’m sitting waiting for that long?! I came in for a fringe.. the rest of my hair I just wanted a quick trim, but I had a LOT taken off! And for the fringe.. I’ve already had to wear it as a middle parting as it wasn’t cut short enough! It covers my eyes not even a week later! Not impressed.. I feel like I’ve wasted £60.

My experience at Julia Lampard, modelling for a trainee (Nicole) was lovely. Nicole was great with taking care of me and also produced a stunning cut. I felt looked after and would thoroughly recommend Nicole to anyone - I would love if this message was passed on to her too.
