This was my second visit to the salon and once again Alice cut my hair beautifully. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and the whole experience was completely relaxing - an oasis of calm. I look forward to my hair growing so that I can get another appointment in the diary!

The salon is in a lovely location in Guildford and as soon as you walk through the doors the salon looks beautifully presented and professional. I came in for my first appointment with Meghan who helped me choose the perfect hairpiece, I have very fine hair which has got a lot thinner with the menopause. I then came into to see Julia who expertly cut my hair and blended in the hairpiece, the transformation was amazing, I left the salon feeling very confident and delighted with the end result, Julia is a first class hairdresser and I would recommend her and her expert team to anyone. I will now make Julia Lampard my first choice of hair salon in future.

Ross always gives me a great haircut. He listens to my ideas but also inputs ideas of his own. I trust him with my hair completely

I have been a client for 2 years now . I am always greeted by a charming receptionist who takes my coat and offers me tea or coffee. This is served in elegant little pots with a dear little jug of milk. Julia always talks through with me how my hair has been since the last cut. She is very creative in suggesting styles to suit my hair on each visit. I trust her completely even when what she suggests may be well out of my usual look. I have never been disappointed and can reccomend her highly.
I have also had cuts with Ross and Alice on rare occasions when Julia has not been available. They also are excellent stylists

Excellent service with a smile

I have been looking for a new hairdresser since mine moved away. After several not so great cuts I am delighted to find Julia. She is the first hairdresser I have had in years who actually suggested what might suit me (and it did!), and did a great cut which ‘played’ to the texture of my hair. Always a good sign for me is someone who spends more time on the cut than the drying! Meaning I have a style that’s fairly effortless to upkeep and even my husband said it looked great! Also a relaxed friendly salon, not at all hectic and with a great ethos and organic products. Already planning my next cut!

As a guy, I was for some reason slightly nervous about visiting a hair salon but after visiting various barbers and never achieving a haircut I was completely happy with, I wanted to try something different. Within 30 seconds of walking through the door I realised that any concerns I had were completely misplaced. I could not have felt more welcome. The whole experience was fantastic and the end result was one of the best haircuts I've ever had thanks to Ross. He even put up with my terrible sense of humour.
