I'm beyond words. The girls were absolutely outstanding. I arrived at 9am very tearful. They had a look, told me to come back 4.30pm. They both spent 2 hours detangling my hair and cutting it to shoulder length..I actually thought I'd lose my hair. I'm beyond grateful for their kindness, compassion, patience and determination.
