Had my haircut by Robert on the 4/4/24, he did an amazing cut. I come up from the Isle of Wight especially as I used to visit often when I lived in Guildford. Once again it was such a lovely experience and I am so happy with the high level of service and cut and blow dry. Looking forward to my next visit.

Cassie did an amazing balayage on me today. I came in as a model and left feeling like I got my balayage done by someone really senior. Absolutely stunning and I’m totally in love. I cannot believe it was her first one. My hair is super thick and the transformation of colour was big. So it was a huge job in itself, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it. Thanks again, I will definitely be back to book in with her.

I had both David who did the dying for my balayage and Toon who did the cut / style for my hair yesterday.
David was very thorough and coloured my hair perfectly so that it blended very well with my natural hair colour, and so that I could wear my hairstyles in the usual fashion (as I often style it with two different partings).

Toon as always cut my hair and styled it beautifully so that I left the salon feeling fabulous. He’s the best hairdresser I’ve ever had, so naturally I’m inclined to return for future appointments with both of these gentlemen after such a positive experience

Rachel was fantastic with my daughter. She was having her hair cut as a treat for her birthday, and Rachel made it extra special by curling it at the end. She had lots of advice for my daughters hair type and gave honest feedback on the style my daughter had chosen. We will definitely be booking Rachel again!

Hair wash was excellent. Lisa gave me a good cut. Lisa was friendly.

David always does a fab colour on my hair I always feel welcome relaxed and just happy..I can’t remember the lady”s name who washed and blowed my hair off but she was very helpful when I asked about a product.. hats off to both off you.. Thanks so much xx see you soon 😊

Had colour with David, The best technician out there which I can say from experience! Lisa is the only person on this planet they can actually make my hair look reasonable!

I’ve had my hair down by Matilda a number of times now and she’s great! She knows exactly how to cut my hair and is a lovely person to speak with! Always enjoy my experiences with I visit.

Salons additional charges

Cost for a blow dry at £10 if you are not having your hair cut the same day is in my opinion not welcomed. Not only is it an additional charge for the client it also limits the extended training the juniors used to receive from drying different types of hair on a regular basis.

I also think it deters from a professional environment when customers are drying their own hair in the salon.

Expert cutting and styling: the best way to lose a few years !
Experience tells me the cut will grow as my hair does, until the next appointment, in months not weeks.
Money very well spent.

Wow, I just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible transformation you gave my hair. Seriously, it's mind-blowing! Paris, you are an absolute miracle worker, and being in your company was an absolute delight. I always feel like royalty when I'm there. And let me tell you, getting my hair washed was like pure therapy. So relaxing!
Oh, and can we talk about the amazing haircut I received? It's absolutely stunning. I can't stop admiring myself in the mirror.
The only downside is that I have to leave a bit earlier than usual because I'm constantly being stopped on the street by people complimenting and asking about who did my transformation. It's a bit overwhelming, but in the best way possible.
Seriously, the staff team at Toni and Guy are beyond amazing. You guys are fabulous!!!

Steph was super sweet & accommodating. She guided me on what was best for my hair & did a full head of highlights to help blend a previous dye gone wrong. Very happy with the outcome.

stylist was lovely but sadly did not get to my full roots around my face which is the one area I want done! I can see in some places where the foils were.. I'm not happy tbh but don't have the time to go back for a touch up! Discount should be issued on next visit though!?

I usually have a different stylist who is fantastic but sadly was sick on the day.

The lady that washed my hair is very sweet but sadly has no idea how to wash hair! I have very thin brittle hair which needs care when washing / combing! She was aggressive and the result, my hair was in the brush and probably in the basin!! I actually felt traumatised after, which should have been a relaxed 2.5 hours from my busy life!

I hate complaining but annoyed as usually I last 9 weeks before my next colour and now will have to go back after 6 weeks!!

I had another great experience with Matilda; she communicates clearly with what is happening at that moment to my hair, shapes the front to my liking, and styles my hair a fun new way each time! I always have gone to Matilda, and will continue to do so!
