I'd never go to another salon. The customer service is great, the atmosphere is calm, there is a strong sense of team, Lisa is a hair genius and I don't know if they have a new coffee machine but that was lush as well. Everything is clean and well looked after.

I’ve been coming here for a long time now, and always get good service . The stylists are always friendly and very proficient. When there is a problem with staffing they try really hard to find an alternative even when it means going the extra mile to fit me in.
Only one negative - the prices have gone up again :(

Hayley and her colleague were amazing. My 8 year had very tangled long hair and they were so kind and patient, detangling it, conditioning, washing, trimming and plaiting it. They really encouraged her to look after her hair better as wel. I'm so happy with the result of this appointment and would definitely go to this salon again.

Louise has been brilliant as normally have Carlie but she absolutely kept the same cut and have been so lucky for her to fill in. She’s also lovely to be around and chat to ?

As always my colour and cut are above and beyond my expectations. Tracie and Sarah are amazing. My highlights are a gorgeous blonde, and the cut and blow dry just what I wanted. Shampoo and treatments great too. Thank you!

Fab colour from Leigh as always - she’s a star. But once again no juniors to do blow drys so you end up leaving the salon with rough dried hair which isn’t a great experience. Surely this can be sorted with some investment in more staff?!

Kept waiting 30 minutes before I was told the person who was to do relaxing of my hair was off sick. ***** took over . She only put the chemical on the half of the hair near the hair line and it was only left on for 5 mins on the back and 10 minutes elsewhere. The result is less than satisfactory. Yea was offered several times but only arrived on one occasion. As a customer for over 25 years I am somewhat disappointed

I usually have my hair cut by my son but as it had been so long and had no shape at all I booked with Lottiey and I am over the moon with the result. It makes such a difference to how I feel. Thanks to you and David (for my colour) I feel like a new person.
