I’ve been having my hair cut by Lisa for a few years. She always listens to what I want and gives great advice so I’ve always head a great result. The whole salon experience including the receptionist and the hair wash is amazing. Friendly staff who know what they’re doing.

Not happy with my whole experience. Not worth the money

As usual, Lottiey performed her magic on my hair - which had almost 4 months of growth.

Been going to Lindsay for many years and she never fails to colour my hair perfectly from when I had blonde hair until now that I have blonde plus white hair growing in! She really is the best and then I have Tim Avery (the boss!) who has cut & styled my hair for nearly 30 years and has always adapted my style to best suit my face (and age) Tim is excellent at blow drying which means I do look my best when I leave!

Must excellent service, listened to my ideas and gave me the best advice , superb result , very happy

Just want to give a massive shout out to Hayley at the Guildford salon - she's always lovely and friendly, and really listens to make sure you get exactly what you're after. I always leave the salon feeling great after she cuts my hair, and I'll miss her expertise now that I'm moving away. Thanks for everything, Hayley!

I was pleased with my haircut apart from blunt ends. Feel like it’s taken the personality out of my hair. I think T&G could do more with suiting cut length & style to face shape. I’m often unsure this was properly thought out at T&G. It seems like the manual/techniques need updating.

A really great cut by Tun (Toon). My hair is very fine and thin so it is not easy to style so am thrilled with the result. He is charming as well as a great stylist! Georgina and Kathy on reception never fail to give me a warm welcome and always so helpful and considerate.

Lauren is a star, she listens, she’s courteous, professional and is a great conversationalist. Her hygiene standards are high and I trust her implicitly especially during this COVID time. On top of all this she is a superb colourist.

Brilliant as always. I love my hair colour! This was my first visit since Covid and I have to say that the salon has excellent Covid-secure standards thanks to the very hard working staff. They did an amazing job making me feel very safe.
