Bet skilfully colour matched my hair, practically a colour correction. bet mixed 4 different colours to ensure I have perfect colour for my skin tone.
Felt like I had transformed after colour.

Have been going to T&G Guildford for some years now; but David for the last year. David never fails to deliver an excellent product, listens to your requirements and gives advice when needed. Quick service but also does not skimp on end result. Great cut by Paige too.

Lottiey cut my hair today as my normal stylist was away. She was very friendly and cut my hair very well.

Lindsay is a superb colour technician. I was delighted with the highlights she did for me today. She has made the colour of my hair look very natural. She was responsive and offered creative ideas. Thank you

As usual Robert worked his magic, spending ages almost cutting each hair individually, and giving me a Judy Dench type cut which helps to offset my ancient facial features ! He is a genius.

It’s been a while since Lisa cut my hair due to lockdown and I also tried a different hairdresser.
I won’t be making that mistake again. Lisa did an amazing job, she explained everything before she started cutting and offered great suggestions as to what would look best.
I’ll be back again in a few weeks.

The colour technician assured me she was using only warm highlights to match my natural brown and no stark blonds. However I was shocked that my hair is highlighted bleach blond, particularly around my face. Rather than blending any greys it has highlighted them, aging me considerably as a number of people have pointed out.

Brilliant, as usual. Very good atmosphere despite the extra restrictions as everyone is very welcoming and friendly and, of course, haircut was perfect.

I took my son to the salon for a hair cut. Hayley did an amazing job: professional and skillful, she understood exactly what I wanted and what kind of look I was going for. I definitely recommend her.

It was the first time that I had left home since lockdown due to my husband shielding. I felt safe and comfortable and was really pleased with the results of my colour by David and cut by Lottie.

Very efficient, only dealt with by my hair stylist Louise for a haircut and hair wash. Process all very smooth and not terribly busy either but that might be because I went at 8am in the morning!

So nice to go back to my favourite saloon and stylist after 7 months.

Everyone in this salon goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and pampered. I've had various services here, a few done by Lottiey whom is very understanding and it's amazing to watch her work. The reception team and all the stylists are also lovely which make it a great atmosphere compared to some of my worse experiences in the past.

Having had a Brazilian blow dry at the salon a week ago, which I am very pleased with I came back to have a follow up blowdry. Really pleased! Nadia is brilliant! Great blowdry. Very happy.

As always, I loved my haircut by Robert! He always makes me feel at ease, listening to the style I’m aiming for and then giving his expert opinion.

The name on the mirror was Bet so I assume that was the hairdresser carrying out the highlights . She asked me what I wanted so explained colour etc. That was the only conversation we had apart from would you like some water .
After my high lights were complete I was handed over to someone else - Jennie I think ?to take out the foils wash and condition my hair. I was asked if I knew that there was no blow dry booked in and I would only get my hair brushed - I was aware about the blow dry as I had not booked one
but what I was not aware of was that i would not see the hairdresser who had highlighted my hair again and no attempt to roughly dry it to show the colour of the highlights I left very disappointed .
In my opinion it was a very unfriendly place and with non caring attitude .
I usually go the the Salon in Dorking which are always friendly and would never let me leave with sopping wet hair & making sure the highlights were to many satisfaction.
I work in Dorking but due to Covid -19 I have been working from home which is in Gulldford but never throught the saloons would be so different . I wont be visiting Guildford branch again and would not recommend to family or friends .

Lovely natural and expensive looking highlights (and I’ve had a lot of different stylists to compare to over the years!). David is always great to chat to, really nice guy.

As soon as lottiey came over to introduce herself and discuss hair cuts I felt completely comfortable .

She listened to my ideas , was honest and gave her opinions . Incredibly friendly , I felt totally at home . I was not disappointed with my cut , fantastic ! So happy , will definitely be keeping lottiey as my stylist . 5 stars.

Hair colour was ok ... but didn't know I had to leave salon with wet hair until I was told after my hair had been rinsed!!!£59 for colour is expensive but not even a blow dry made the whole experience rubbish!!! Been having my hair cut and coloured at Tony & Guy Guildford for 10 years ... no incentives for regular long term customers so am seriously considering leaving and telling people I know it is a rip off!!!

I Had finished getting my hair done and was Kindly allowed to blow dry it myself once my apt finished (as I have extensions and they can’t dry naturally). While I was drying it, your staff member Toon saw me struggling to dry it and insisted on taking over and helping me out while he was on his break and even cut and styled my hair for me! he went over and above and was so lovely- thank you so much! He made my hair look gorgeous :) what fantastic service and a great ambassador for the salon!!

This is for Bet Bowles also but can't put two on your review. My first trip back after covid and must admit out in total and a little nervous. You guys stayed as professional as ever and have everything in place perfectly and my urggh hair looks its best and feels great as always. Been a Toni and Guy customer since 2005 and Guildford since 2019. You guys are worth the journey ?
