As always, Lauren was wonderfully creative and professional in every aspect of her work. The colour is delightful and well balanced.

I had an appointment yesterday and my journey was held up . I couldn’t make the appointment and my stylist Sarah stayed on after she had finished at 3.15 and did my hair. Her skill at cutting my hair is amazing because my hair can be quite awkward. I am very grateful to her as I have a special occasion this weekend. Great service.

David is an artist when it comes to balayage! This is the second time he has coloured my hair this year and each time has left me thrilled. He takes special requests into consideration, is very methodical and professional. Will definitely return. All Salon staff I came across were friendly, helpful and great to be around.

I had been looking for a longtime .Visited most hairdressers but always left unhappy with the cut..I visited Tony and Guy and found Toon .what a great guy he is..listens to what I want and creates it... been coming back for over a year now and will continue to do so all the time he is there

Robert gives me a great ‘Judy Dench’ style short haircut regularly. He suggested it in the first place and it looks amazing.

Colour therapist was fine but I was left waiting 30 mins for my haircut in a wet towel in the wash area with folk coming and going. I was told she was running late but half an hour is just not acceptable. I was given a discount on my hair cut but I was late for my lunch date so not happy. I was not warned when booking the appointment 8 weeks ago that there would be a delay between colour and cut. Not happy. Previous to that appointment I booked for cut and colour whilst in the salon and when I arrived there was no booking and I had to wait around and wasted most of my day in doing so. Again, apologies and discount offered but not actually given!

Very friendly staff ...Toby who has shoulder length (surfer) hair is thrilled with Robert's styling and much admired by his mother and sisters. Robert even allowed Toby to show him a picture of Prince Charming from Shrek as a suggestion. One very happy teenager.. thank you Robert .. see you again when next in Guildford

I hadn’t had my hair cut for about three years and was really nervous about it. Rachel was brilliant, so friendly and put me at ease straight away. She cut my hair beautifully. Will definitely go back to her.

Did run a bit late but he apologised and carried on to listen, understand and produce exactly what I asked for. Professional and I’m so happy with the result. The young lady (can’t remember her name) did a wonderful shampoo and blow dry. All in all I’m one happy client.

The salon is a wonderful escape from a busy High Street. Bright, clean, welcoming and fun too.
It is alive, cheerful and attended by skilled stylists. Apart from my adorable, miracle dresser, Lottiey, there is another shining star that deserves recognition. An adorable woman in black that ' runs the floor'. Well into a smooth vintage she could easily win the customer service award of the year if presented. And if not, I would like to know why. I regret very much I do not recall her name but I am sure you all know who I refer to. Efficient, caring, jolly and attentive.. Simply an asset to an already well run establishment. As for Lottiey. One in a million. Brilliant !
