Spend 6 month to keep my hair long and I asked your hairdresser to trimming just little and he said to me knows what you mean then he cut my hair very short. Very disappointed...

I have been a loyal customer to a local salon that shut down. I have been going from salon to salon to see if I can find the best new one for me. I can happily say that Jenny and Steph were both incredible! I have recommended them to my mum and will recommend them to many more.

As it was my first experienceand wanted somthing completely new. And they supported me it that! And even took pictures for a before and after and even offered to send them to me. That made me feel confident in myself and made me feel like a model :)

So thank you Steph and Jenny! I will see you both again!

Another great experience with David for my highlights. Always a relaxing and enjoyable time and my hair looks fantastic as usual. Would definitely recommend David - professional, friendly and a really good hairdresser.

As always, very helpful staff and always make you feel relaxed. They are very professional without making you feel uneasy.

I was greeted warmly by the receptionist who recognised me which is always lovely. Lisa my stylist was as ever fantastic, I am so fortunate to have her as my stylist , she is extraordinarily talented.
Also the salon is so much nicer to be in now there is a lady who cleans it. I always used to think the hair on the ground was a bit untidy .

I always have great appointments with Lottiey - she’s so lovely and cuts my hair brilliantly - always so nice to chat to and she’s what makes me come back every time.

As usual a great job by Tracie. Lifted my hair and my spirits!

I have my hair cut by Louise. She is lovely, listens to what you want and gives you the best version of it for you. Always patient with my constantly changing mind. My daughter now also has her hair cut by Louise. She’s 21 and super picky, but has always liked her cuts. Consistently great! Plus the staff who wash your hair are always really friendly, and give head massages that are definitely part of the treat.

I’ve been gradually going from dark to highlighted blond hair as I’ve got older to basically hide the grey.. I have been happy with this for the last few years but this year it just wasn’t working.... I felt my hair was dull and yellow so I spoke to Lauren (Guildford branch) who always does my hair and decided to go back to a warm brown brunette... I’m so so happy... it may mean more frequent touch up visits but I’m so pleased with it! I loved the fact that Lauren was as excited as me to see the result. Someone commented on my shiney hair which is rare! I need to come Into the salon and find out what shine was used... xxxx

Very pleased with a bit of a change - Lottiey did exactly what I asked for

I love coming. David and Lisa are great. The worse part for me is always the backwash. I don’t know why but I always fear something will go wrong and I often have to check. Today was no exception and it’s a stream of questions all the time. I appreciate that young people are trying to learn customer service. But I have taken out hearing aids so it’s all a struggle and I am so relieved to be back with in the stylists chair. Being a bit older I suppose but many clients are....

I’ve been coming to the Guildford Toni & Guy for some time now. My previous hair dresser moved on to another job so I was encouraged to try Hayley.
I’m so pleased! She is gifted and creative but listens to my needs and doesn’t very off the brief so to speak. She really knows how ‘hair moves’ and I always leave the salon feeling relaxed and happy. My hair looks great!

Have been coming to Toni and guy since it open, many moons ago. Recently had a problem with my hair colour not taking. Spoke to one of the senior technicians and it looks like she has fixed the problem. The next few washes will tell for sure.
