Great service, great cut and excellent customer care.

Stylist seemed lovely but distracted, conversation was there at times but it felt like she was trying to complete my hair as quick as she could to get me out of the chair so she could move on - she was however very good at making sure I was comfortable with a drink. I went in for a full head of highlights but when I left the Salon my hair looked almost the same. Dark roots and a new orange band at the join between my old and new highlights (to which stylist even pointed out!!). I am aware that a package deal makes less money for the stylist but I was very underwhelmed with my complete hair and the experience I received

The colour is lovely but the highlights hardly show at all.

Over the last 8 months Bethany has skilfully managed to take me from a redhead back to a blonde. I’m very happy with all she’s done.

Everything was perfect. Grace is so sweet and her work was absolutely perfect. I loved it.

Stylist was really lovely but unfortunately I was really disappointed with my haircut. To start I was left waiting for 20 minutes in the lobby. I explained how I wanted lots of layers and shaping around my face. The actual haircut took genuinely about 2 minutes and the rest of the time was spent washing and drying my hair. I never usually get professional haircuts so I wanted this haircut to be quite noticeable but I really can’t see a difference in the slightest.

Sarah has been styling my hair for a number of years. She always does just what I ask for. This time i asked for a completely different style. She is friendly and very good.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to Matilda and I am so pleased with my haircut and the blowdry lasts for days . A lovely lady very friendly! I used to go to Toni and guy in camberley but the experience is so much nicer in Guildford will definitely be back ! I love it !

I see Toon every couple of months and not only is he a great cutter he also gets how you want to look. He’s friendly and super efficient.

I have always been nervous having my colour done in the past. But Tracie has changed this. She is warm, friendly and gets great results with the colour. Thank you to her lovely assistant too.

I tried to swallow it, the terrible haircut. However, it doesn't get better. I asked for an bob cut with the photo showed to the hairdresser. The photo was taken by my previous hairdresser who sadly left the salon. It is basically a simple trim. However, it went terribly wrong. The hair sticking out all over the place and very hard to keep it tidy. Some basic cutting techniques need to improve and it is definitely over the price for what I have made for. Very disappointed.

Having recently had a less than joyful hair experience at another salon, it was reassuring to find myself in the safe hands of Robert. He listened to what I was asking for, and then delivered. It was as easy as that! Oh, and the conversation was interesting too - always a bonus! Thank you Robert ?

Stylist was lovely but unfortunately I was quite disappointed. To start I was made to wait 15 minutes. The majority of the time was spent washing and drying my hair and genuinely about 2 minutes was taken to actually cut my hair. I don’t usually get my hair cut professionally so I wanted something quite noticeable but I really can’t see any difference. And I was very clear that I wanted layers and shaping but I didn’t get either.

Kim is the best! I have complete confidence in her and her work. She knows that I am willing to try just about anything and I love it when she has different ideas to try! Also I have never been a lover of getting my hair done. I always felt a bit out of place. Kim right from the word go put me at ease…how she remembers stuff from my little old
Life I will never know! Anyway in a nutshell I now look forward to getting my hair done. To catch up with Kim and to see what wonders her scissors will create! She is an all round super star!

Great haircut by delightful Toon

I've been going to Toon for my hair styling for years. As a man with long hair, out took a long time to find a stylist that could cut and style long men's hair without it looking too pristine. The service in T&G is always great too.

I was pretty nervous for my haircut as I was having a bit of a transformation, but Grace was so lovely throughout and did an amazing job at the cut! She was informative and friendly, highly recommend :)

Bethany did such a great job of lifting my dark brown hair to a light shade of pink! She checked in lots through my appointment to make sure I was always comfortable and informed. Lovely experience, beautiful hair! Thank you!
