Always a pleasure to spend time in Louise’s company whilst she styles my hair. Very happy to hear her news, but I shall miss her during her maternity leave.

She is very mindful that I have a visual impairment and goes out of her way to ensure I have the best possible experience. I really appreciate that so thank you. I have always been very pleased with the way she cuts my hair.

All staff are very welcoming polite and courteous. Can't say I'm keen on the music but that's probably an age thing ?

Paris is an amazing colour technician, her skills always shine threw, she is able to make hair dreams a reality while maintaining "health" of hair" during the journey. Paris is great to chat with with.
The Atmosphere the juniors and desk staff create is always warm and welcoming.
I look forward to seeing the juniors.

Carlie is always lovely and cuts my hair very well. I always choose to have her if possible.

Seriously, his skills as a hairdresser are second to none. He’s cut my hair for years and always does a great job. Fabulous new salon and always excellent service by the very friendly and helpful reception team.

What a fabulous experience I had last Friday. Toon was so knowledgeable, considerate and above all listened so carefully to my thoughts. He has given me confidence to try new ideas and at 62 that is great!!

I have been going to T an d G for 25 yrs. always consistently good. Lovely Kathy on reception always welcoming and glamorous ❤️

I didn’t have a very nice experience at Toni and Guy, no fault of the hair colourist, I just felt like I was on a conveyor belt (too many different people on my hair in a short space of time, hair colourist, x2 people to wash hair and my hair was dried by another). I felt rushed and definitely not pampered and was told that there were no blow drys available whilst having my hair washed at the end of my session and I would have to pay extra if I’d like one but there weren’t any available as there weren’t enough staff on. This isn’t the service I experienced a few months ago and left the salon £125 down feeling a complete wreck (hair like a scarecrow) embarrassed to bump into anyone I knew. I will not be coming back to this salon.

Not only is Lauren a very good colourist, she was also very sweet about my girlfriend popping in and chatting for ages whilst she was doing my colour!
