My Mum and I always look forward to seeing Kizzi for our pamper session. Super professional and friendly. Always makes us feel at home and makes sure we leave feeling fabulous.

Brilliant can’t fault Chiara she is absolutely brilliant. Very attentive to all my needs requiring my very fine hair. I have already pre booked for October and Christmas.

Pauline has been my stylist for the past few years. I trust her implicitly; she always listens to what I would like and colours/cuts my hair exactly as asked. She is warm and friendly and is very attentive throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend Pauline!

Told Chiara I needed to go a ‘bit brighter’…. Both colour and cut are perfect… I am so pleased … she also gave a truly superb cut to my granddaughter last week (and she left the salon grinning like a Cheshire Cat !!)

I have had a cut & colour and the whole experience was so thorough from the initial consultation & patch test to the. Blow dry. My hair looks beautiful. healthy and gorgeous. Zoe was great and I am delighted with the results.

I had a wash and blow dry and a little fringe trim. Chelsea was really lovely and she made my fringe look great again! The head massage when having my hair washed was incredible

This was my first appointment on a training day. My highlights were done by Lily and Megan under supervision of their trainer. Lily then proceeded to cut and they jointly blow dried my hair. So happy with the results. I have already rebooked.

Went in feeling like a mouse came out feeling like a princess.
Smooth running operation and everyone so professional.

Had a wonderful experience the first time, great haircut, even during months of lockdown, my hair grew but still stayed as it was styled..
Second haircut was so rushed (hair washing was longer), stylist had client waiting, therefore, I left salon with the worst haircut I had in years… ( I must add, this was just a few weeks after lockdown was lifted, with many patrons needing the service as soon as possible).
After much deliberation, I have booked another hair appointment, trying to reflect on a first visit when I left salon with great cut and feeling refreshed and beautiful..
This visit, did not disappoint: after explaining that the cut a month ago was so atrocious and left me wearing a cap and ponytail for the best part of the month, stylist took time to listen…
It is a rather expensive trial and error (£100 per cut), however, I believe I have stylist for life now.

Very nice cut ,she always tells me the truth about how to look after my hair ,because I always change my style .

Always clean and tidy and a great hair cut and a reasonable price! Just be nice to have some decent music whilst having hair cut

Had Balayage and Ash Toner by Brooke Fairminer the apprentice. What a brilliant job she did, love the colour and cut. So happy with the results.
