I had a wash and blow dry and a little fringe trim. Chelsea was really lovely and she made my fringe look great again! The head massage when having my hair washed was incredible

This was my first appointment on a training day. My highlights were done by Lily and Megan under supervision of their trainer. Lily then proceeded to cut and they jointly blow dried my hair. So happy with the results. I have already rebooked.

Went in feeling like a mouse came out feeling like a princess.
Smooth running operation and everyone so professional.
Recommend to everyone.

Had a wonderful experience the first time, great haircut, even during months of lockdown, my hair grew but still stayed as it was styled..
Second haircut was so rushed (hair washing was longer), stylist had client waiting, therefore, I left salon with the worst haircut I had in years… ( I must add, this was just a few weeks after lockdown was lifted, with many patrons needing the service as soon as possible).
After much deliberation, I have booked another hair appointment, trying to reflect on a first visit when I left salon with great cut and feeling refreshed and beautiful..
This visit, did not disappoint: after explaining that the cut a month ago was so atrocious and left me wearing a cap and ponytail for the best part of the month, stylist took time to listen…
It is a rather expensive trial and error (£100 per cut), however, I believe I have stylist for life now.

As always friendly efficient and caring my hair is just what I wanted and the new staff is Excellant too she washed and dried my hair she has a very good manner but all the staff are really nice in the salon it’s a lovely experience from start to finish I recommend it to all my neighbours and friends

Very nice cut ,she always tells me the truth about how to look after my hair ,because I always change my style .

Always clean and tidy and a great hair cut and a reasonable price! Just be nice to have some decent music whilst having hair cut

Had Balayage and Ash Toner by Brooke Fairminer the apprentice. What a brilliant job she did, love the colour and cut. So happy with the results.

Zoe was absolutely brilliant. She really listened to what I wanted and made a marvellous job of my hair, which I would have never believed possible! Nothing short of a miracle actually! She was also friendly and easy to chat to so overall it was a very positive experience.

Excellent hair colouring and cut.......really pleased! The stylist is always friendly and extremely attentive, making sure my experience at the salon is as good as it can be, during these current times.

I have followed Zoe to 4 saloons now (3 for the same company) she always makes me feel at easy & has great advice !
Zoe has made my hair more manageable so I can style it well myself.

I have known Zoe for a long long time and as always left feeling Fabulous.

Kizzi is always friendly and really listens to what you want from your haircut. She is very thorough and I always know I’m going to like what she does.

Post lockdown my hair needed therapy! I’d suffered an unusual hair growth spurt and was in desperate need of some colour. 6 inches later and some colour magic, I left the salon a different person. Chiara knows just what to do, great consultation on cut and colour but ultimately I trust her to do a great job - and she has. I can’t thank Chiara (and Jenna) enough for working late (as an exception), to make me feel human again, amazing cut and colour, thank you!

Both Zoe and Pauline were really nice, helpful and keen on achieving the best possible look, they listened but also shared their opinions which is very valuable. Overall a great experience!

If I could give Hersham Acadamy Salon 10 stars I would do.

They always deliver from the moment you step through their front door on arrival to the moment you leave having booked your next appointment. I am already counting the weeks down and looking forward to my next return to their salon.

In fact the entire team should get recognition as they are all so friendly and always so welcoming and always take the time to say hello, if they know me, from the team at reception to other stylists in on the day.

A special mention on this occasion to Kizzi, who totally fixed my hair after this third Covid Lock Down when I came in on day one of the salon being able to re open following the government road map return of hair salons.

I had a Kerastase Clarisonic treatment which was booked in by myself as an “SOS” on the morning they re opened.

Kizzi totally regenerated my hair and transformed it after a lengthy period with no visit to the hair dressers making me feel 100% better when I left the salon. She took the time to totally de tangle it and de clump it and I came away feeling so much better and able to meet with friends not being so embarrassed with how my hair looked following my Monday visit.

I then saw Salv on Thursday evening for my long overdue hair cut and as always he worked his usual magic and my hair now looks amazing and feels magnificent after its long overdue lock down cut.
