Chiara did an absolutely amazing job with my hair. I was very nervous as I’ve had Katt do my hair for a while now, I have bad anxiety and I feel very comfortable with her, however Chiara was recommended to me and she made me feel comfortable, explained to me that she was covering Katt until she was back and did exactly what I asked for the same way Katt does it. It looks amazing and I felt very relaxed and cared for while there!! Thank you so much

Amy was great yesterday she couldn’t do enough for me but not having hot water is not acceptable in salon like yours
So I was disappointed that I couldn’t I enjoy my shampoo and the whole experience
