Went in to have my long hair trimmed. The hairdressers cut and then blow dried my hair and used straighteners to curl it. The next day I discovered the front section of my hair had been completely burnt. I went back and they tried conditioning treatments, but they did not work. Hair was still extremely brittle and breaking. No follow up call from the salon as promised. I have lost approx 6 -8 inches from the length, that section is now at chin level. Can not believe I was not even offered a refund-very poor.

I first came into the salon a few months back with awful hair, but Danielle has completely changed that. Danielle consulted me on what my end vision was for my hair, gave me tips on how to improve the condition and has completely transformed my hair with a mixture of full head and half head highlights - whilst keeping its condition brilliantly. Wow where to start ..Chiara is amazing she knows I’m very nervous when it comes to cutting my hair, but she always puts me at ease. Chiara has done amazing on excactly how I wanted my hair the colour is spot on,the cut is perfect. Yesterday I had a life changing haircut by Lizzy Johnson!
I have wanted an undercut for a few years now and all the hairdressers I went to, they have always talked me out of it.. After showing example picture to Lizzy, she got excited to be able to give me a funky hairstyle and not a boring little trim!
Needless to say, I am over the moon. I look funky, but yet still elegant and very stylish.

My first visit to a salon in over thirty years as a friend has always been my hairdresser. Booked an appointment with Chiara but was seen at reception by Sacha - who was my first contact and I found her friendly and charming. When I arrived and met Chiara she was just as pleasant and I thoroughly enjoyed speaking with them both. Chiara took great care to cut my hair as I described and looked at the photos I showed her as a guide. I am very pleased with the cut and won’t hesitate to book again.

Chiara always has good advice about my cut, l always come out with a different style so do not get stuck in a rut which is a good thing. Everyone is very nice and friendly from the girl who washes your hair and a lovely head massage to the person on reception.
