It was the best experience. All staff appeared really friendly and welcoming. Chiat's listened to what I wanted and professionally gave her opinion on what would work. The end hair style and colour was better than i ever imagined. Will now be a regular. Also booked my daughter in as I was so impressed

I felt spoiled by Lizy while washing my hair. I had good back massage, as the salon is fitted with massage washing chairs. Also Lizy gave me a head massage. She has excellent communication skills and is a dynamic presence. Daisy did her job very professional amd gave me good advice. Big thank you.

I didn't really have a very clear idea of exactly how I wanted my hair cut - I just knew it needed some serious management ! After doing the highlights and colouring we had a bit of a chat and Sacha got to work explaining what she thought would work best and why and the end result is really great - I am delighted with what she has done.Sacha has a very easy and relaxed manner and I always feel confident when she has "control" of my hair !

I have been coming to the Acadamy Salons for approximately 10 years and this time period speaks for itself. I get my hair cut in Hersham salon but have also had my hair put up for evenings out in the Cobham Salon. The team are always so warm and welcoming and a real credit to the Acadamy brand. Salv cuts my hair so well and on this occasion on return my hair felt the best it has considering it was due for another cut- this is a reflection on the top quality cut delivered from the stylist. Thank you to all at Acadamy for all my cuts to date and Happy Christmas and I very much look forward to seeing you in 2018.

Chiara understood exactly what I asked for and I was totally confident in her ability . Love the result! She also explained new ways to do highlighting, which I am excited to do very soon. Normally I'm not chatty whilst having my Barnet done but Chiara was so interesting I loved having a chin wag! Thanks

After finding an amazing hairdresser I was very sad to hear she was leaving and very nervous to have someone new work on my hair, however it seems Academy has given me yet another amazing hairdresser! Chiara has done my hair a few times now and never fails to make it look anything but amazing, I've always wanted blue in my hair and have always been talked out of it, Chiara however is my hero, I now have blue in my hair and absolutely love it, if you want to go to a salon where they do exactly what you ask for and make you love your hair then go to Acadamey, thank you Chiara for making me not only look good but feel good too :)

Chiara has been my stylish for over 10 years. She is always attentive to how I have been getting on with my hair in between appointments and has helpful suggestions to help with any problem issues. She takes time to really tame my thick frizzy hair into a beautiful tamed design that I can actually recreate myself. She will also stir me away from wild ideas that wouldn't suit me or that would take me hours to manage. She is also a pleasure to chat too. I look forward to every appointment.

Had my hair done today...long overdue!!! All the staff were amazing - friendly and professional and completely put me at ease, as I was nervous going for quite a change!! The whole experience was great from start to end, from the warm greeting at reception to the overall finish. Having not had my haircut for over a year Kat did a great job at taking a good few inches off!! Thanks Kat. And a huge thank you to Chiara who transformed my hair colour...I absolutely love it...and adding the olaplex treatment has made my hair feel and look so silky smooth. Left the salon very happy and will 100% be back again!!! Thanks girls x

Being nervous of coming to the hairdressers I was put at ease straight away. I was extremely happy with the colour of my highlights and the cut was great and I will be back.

Very happy with my new hairdo. Chiara did exactly what I asked for. I ve given less for the atmosphere purely because the air conditioning guys were in for maintenance.
