Sadly there was a problem with my appointment which was not what I had requested over the phone despite an email confirmation. I had to wait over 30 minutes with wet hair while the another client was finished and I had another appointment to go to and a special event in the evening. I had to eventually ask her to please start my hair as she was chatting at the desk. It was not a good blow dry it took ages. I don’t like being negative I know this salon very well and really like the colourist but it has put me off returning. Not sure what to do now.

Lily was more than accommodating with my hair! there was a slight mix up but she fitted me in perfectly and took the time to do my hair carefully, always checking with other stylists to make sure she was certain. Her communication was amazing and i am super happy with the result! I went for something completely out of my comfort zone and i am happy with the change!

Lily R was so lovely and professional and really listened to what I wanted which meant I left loving my hair! I had a colour, cut and blow dry and I couldn’t be more in love with how it turned out. Would definitely recommend! As a trainee she done amazing !!!

I took both my girls (aged 4 and 2) in for haircuts this weekend based on a recommendation from a friend. I couldn’t be more disappointed. For my youngest, she had short hair and the sides are completely uneven (we’re talking almost and inch difference above her ear). My eldest has long straight hair, and was cut by *****. I’m no expert but that feels like it should be a basic cut. Again it is uneven across the length of hair, pretty materially. I fully appreciate kids don’t sit as still as adults but the result of those cuts is unacceptable. I’m disappointed I didn’t notice while I was in the salon but I was 100% focused on trying to keep them as still as possible. Won’t be returning.
