Today I visited Academy in Hersham. Although everyone was nice. I was shocked when I received my bill for £128 for a blow dry.
I will not be returning to the salon.

Thank you very much for this feedback, as we explained on the phone on Saturday the blow dry cost is £47 the rest of the cost was all the L’Oreal Kérastase products that you purchased..
As per your request we have refunded the products that your daughter kindly returned Saturday.

When I made the appointment I was feeling a little anxious as I hadn’t been to a salon for a while….
From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a welcoming smile and hello, I was offered a drink and felt completely at ease and relaxed.
My colourist we’re two lovely ladies, Sarah Jane and stylist Julie, I couldn’t be happier with how they transformed my hair, all topped off with an amazing shampoo and head massage with Cleo.
The whole experience was so enjoyable and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any point, the atmosphere in the shop is so lovely and all the ladies we’re really friendly, I will definitely be going back, I was quite unhappy with my hair prior, but I now love how it’s looking.

Cleo, under the watchful eye of Chiara coloured my hair. Firstly she carefully took the dark colour out. She then put highlights through to hide my grey. Coloured it and toned it. It took a good few hours but was so worth it. The salon and students are all lovely. Well done Cleo. X

I booked an appointment for Saturday morning and I got a card with booking confirmation. When I turned up on the day my haircut was not booked on the system. So they managed to squeeze an appointment for me. The stylist had not enough time for me as the next customer was waiting. So she rushed through to cut my hair. I didn't enjoy the experience and the haircut was OK, nothing special. I will never go there again.
