I saw Chiara today and as always she listened to what I asked for and delivered exactly that ….. I have never been disappointed with her expertise … thank you and wishing all at Academy a very Happy Christmas!

Chiara as always gave me a lovely welcome and asked what I was after, just a few tweaks and my colour and cut are great again.
I have total confidence in her understanding of what I like.

Zoe did a marvellous job. She’s a lovely girl and always makes me feel welcome and comfortable. Many thanks and merry Christmas.

Excellent haircut from Chiara!!

Sarah Jane has been colouring my hair for many years and I followed her to the Academy. On my second visit last week she used a thermal mixing machine to mix the colour and this method was much kinder to my sensitive scalp and I had no itching or soreness afterwards. I was also very happy with my haircut from Salv. All the staff are friendly and efficient… loved my visit!

My little one (she’s 2 ) loved it - first hair cut! :) Zoe was super patient with her and made her a lovely plat! Happy little girl so we go again in 8 weeks!

I am a hairdresser of over 20 years and have never made time for myself untill today!
Was always asking my daughters to quickly whack on my semi and trying desperately to thin my own hair out….
Definitely after today has made me realise it’s so important to look after yourself!!
Fantastic experience, Zoe was very confident in her work and gave me plenty of advice regarding treatments and colour she would advise!
Great ambience in the salon, apprentices very professional which is such a blessing!!
Receptionist Emma, lovely and attentive, was very chatty.
Also learnt that Gill Cowan who actually trained myself back in 1996 is training your girls still! Amazing lady inside and out!
Have rebooked for my xmas bdry!

SJ used the new 'magic' Thermal mixing machine ( dont know what its called !) to mix the hair colour .vIts a revelation ! it means the hair colour now doesnt make your scalp itch whilst its on your hair ...so no more asking for the metal comb to itch & scratch whilst sitting there waiting for the colour to 'take ' . Bliss

A very nice salon, my first time. Very nice atmosphere. Lovely lady who washed my hair and then Zoe is an incredible stylist. I’ve never looked better. Zoe has actually transformed how I look. She is fantastic. A fabulous job in cutting and blow drying my hair.

She washed and dried my long hair taking very kindly care for every section of my hair. Also she was very professional and friendly that planning to see her again in my next visit.

Such a relaxing experience, I loved every moment from the hair wash and scalp massage to the cut and blow dry.
All fantastic, very friendly.

sarah jane has been my colourist for over 30 years. This is a new venture at Academy salon, my first visit & all staff were very friendly & helpful.

Having totally destroyed my own hair at home with bleach somehow Zoe managed to still give me a cut that looks amazing. So talented and helpful. Thank you I can’t wait to have my hair done again.

I came in with long hair and decided to go short. Initially I made a bad choice with my style but Zoe happily fixed it for me the next day. She gave me lots of advice about how to care for my hair and the mistakes I had been making that were making my hair dry and frizzy. She talked me through the products and the best way to blow dry. Thank you Zoe, I love my new Bob!

I followed Sarah Jane to the salon as she has been doing my colour for about 9 years. She always does an amazing job, I won't let any one else colour my hair now. Even if I leave a bit longer between my colours it doesn't look terrible because she blends the colours in so well! Thank you Sarah Jane, lovely job as always!
