Alison was great. I really do appreciate it when a stylist asks lots of questions as I left the salon with the exact style I wanted and a bottle of product recommended by Alison as well.

The person who washed my hair could learn from Alison's example; I wasn't asked whether I wanted the massage chair on or leg rest up or whether I wanted a head massage ( I hate them) so I had to stop her; time seemed to be wasted (as Alison was overrunning - which was fine as I suggested that I move back to my chair to have a coffee) instead I was left at the basin, which was really uncomfortable. She was also really miserable.

Alison gets 5 Stars, the person who washed my hair no stars (hence 4 stars overall)

Thank you so much for a fantastic cut. I’m always anxious during hair appointments due to a few too many bad experiences at the barbers’, but Steven was amazing - listened to what I wanted while offering (and perfectly executing!) his own suggestions. Best haircut I’ve had in years. Thank you!

Really impressed with Hayley’s service. She listens to exactly what you want, and offers her appropriate advice. I’ve never been dissatisfied with the end result. Overall, Toni and Guy in Leatherhead are brilliant. In comparison to other Toni and Guy salons I’ve been to, the staff are warm, friendly yet totally professional, and most importantly they make you feel at ease. Would definitely recommend.

Alison was running late so started my haircut st 11.25 instead of 11. I sat waiting for 25 mins without being offered a drink or reason for the delay. I would’ve been happy to go and do my shopping and come back if I had been told. I eventually left at 12.30. A great haircut from alison so no complaints there. I think the reception staff were not very attentive or paying much attention to the fact that I was just sitting there bored!

Always knows exactly what I want

Always go back to T&G as the customer service is great and personable. Jenny always knows what I want, which helps as I never remember the technical name for what I get done every time! And also a massive fan of the massage chair and head massages. I normally deal with Jenny but I think Hayley has also done my colour, so massive thank you to both!
(Only 4 for atmosphere today as my normally very relaxing, salon experience was SLIGHTLY disrupted by the wailing toddler getting his haircut for the first time!)

You can never fault this salon with customer service. Jenny in particular has always been so kind and helpful. Even when I don’t get my hair done with her she greets me with such an abundance of joy.

Salvatore did the most incredible job of my colour. He really took the time to listen what I wanted and created a beautiful colour that looks gorgeous on me. Alison also gave me an amazing cut that really worked for my hair type. The service felt really personal, really felt as though they listened to what I wanted and created the best version of that.
