After 18 months of growing my hair today was the day to donate it to little princess trust. Steven did an amazing job not only with the cut but supporting me when I got a bit wobbly!

Today I was looked after by Angel, a friendly, profesdional young lady who is still training.
Angel looked after me under the "supervision" of Kinga and I can only praise her and will have no hesitation to recommend her to my family and friends. Angel is certainly an asset for the hairdressing industry. I am extremely satisfied with the end result and hope that Angel will be available for my next apppointment.

Really enjoyed Toni &Guy today and I am so pleased I let the brilliant stylist persuade me to go shorter. He is a genius!

I have my hair cut by Jenny, the manager if the Leatherhead store, approximately six weekly, maybe a little less frequently. She does a brilliant job, always asks me what I would like, knows exactly what will suit me and I trust her implicitly. Like with dentists, I would follow her wherever she went!

I came to the salon yesterday. Whilst I am very pleased with the results the experience itself was poor. Whilst having my hair washed the lady who washed it was very heavy handed and also kept getting water all over my face as well as shampoo in my eyes. I then had to go back to the sink again having sat back down, as it hadn't all been washed out properly. Then when it came to having my hair brushed the lady again was very harsh and I spent the entire time worrying about the damage that was being done to my hair as well as having a sore head from all the pulling. Although the young girl was very sweet natured, she was complaining she was tired and it was very clear she didn't want to be there. The experience was far from the relaxing time I had hoped for. I didn't say anything at the time as I felt I didn't want to upset the girl, as she was young and I think she may have been new to the job. I spent over £100 and it was not value for money with that kind of experience. I'm unsure if I'll go back again.

I was greeted with big smiles - and the service throughout was excellant - I was pleasantly surprised that my stylist -Jenny - took me to my seat and discussed the haircut etc before my hair was shampooed - and she did a lovely job of cutting my hair she understood exactly what I wanted and so I have booked another appointment - thanks Jenny

Very happy with advice received and a great cut.

So my appointment got moved but they didn't transfer the cut. The colour is good but they didn't wash it out properly, leaving my hair full, with a texture like dried grass and dye all over my face. The cursory blow dry left my hair damp and style less. Really disappointed and way off the usual standard- had to rewash and style my hair at home.

Danielle has been doing my half head highlights for a long time and she has always done my colour perfectly. The young woman who washed my hair was pleasantly chatty and professional. The salon was clean and tidy and I was greeted with courtesy.

Actually not happy with my hair. Some parts too thick and so far haven't managed to get it looking ok. Both times I've been before have come away really happy but this time it's not good!
