I wish I had words that can better express how happy I am with this lady. I’ve seen her 4 times since I’ve been coming to the institute. 2 occasion on hot wax and 2 back massage. She delivers the best wax I’ve ever had without pain and what can I say about her massage, the best!!! I had a baby 5 months ago and I’ve suffered long time with back problems and she fixed me. Amazing service from the moment I called until I walked out the door. When I called there wasn't an appointment available, but they called a customer to see if they would mind moving 15 mins earlier to fit me in to their already fully booked day. Reception super friendly and wax was perfect.
