Leyla’s a junior stylist but she’s a great find! She did a fantastic job of highlights for me and got straight to the issue of what I wanted to fix about my hair and introduced me to 2 amazing products that feel like they’ll make a big difference.

Wow! I’m gearing up for a big party tonight that I am hosting and couldn’t be happier with my amazing big glam hair! Lisa pulled in another stylist - charleigh and together they wowed up my hair, giving me a moment of peace and to myself before the big do!

As always Emily takes a lot if care and is always anxious to make sure I'm happy ! ( which I am)!

Had a good chat to Emily and she advised what she would use today as my hair had really taken a bad turn after the summer and now grey autumnal wind and rain. Resulted in a good cut once again and revived shine and condition. Thanks Emily x

Recently moved to the area and hoped to find a salon and stylist that matched the high standards of Saks in Yarm that has won many awards. Wow Layla knows how to blow dry my crazy thick hair! She is one of the vice W stylists who can cope with my hair and takes her time to make it look fabulous.

The therapist was fantastic and I was very pleased with my eyebrows.

Every time I see Sam for my hair colour she just instinctively knows what I want. She’s been looking after my hair for 3 years and it’s never been in such good condition. It was in a terrible state following a long illness Her knowledge and skill has completely transformed my hair.

I went into Elements without a clue as to what I wanted. I’d seen some photos and liked a bit of one, a bit of the other and a bit of another. Sam managed to completely understand what I was describing and she made my hair look exactly how I wanted it. In addition, I was shown different options of how to wear it and learned all about why curly hair frizzes and what happens to hair as you age. So I feel like I got a super haircut and learned some stuff as well! Having short hair makes it difficult to change easily but Sam picked up on the fact that I needed to try something different and managed to craft something amazing. She listens to me when I tell her what I have time for and what I usually do and creates something for me that looks great but works with my lifestyle. She is brilliant!

I always get very well looked after when I come to Elements and I like the very good head massage when I have my hair shampooed and Kim cuts my hair beautifully the only thing I would suggest is that you use a much stronger hairspray

I wanted to go a bit darker and a little shorter. Katie really listens and is great at giving advice if you want to make a change or stick with what’s working for you at the moment. Punctual (unlike so many places), quick service and I always walk out beaming. It is pretty pricey but that doesn’t stop me from coming back.

As usual, Emily was a delight.and interpreted my wishes to a T. I'm very pleased with the end result.

I finally came in wearing black so as to fit in with the elegant stylists ! To discover they are now wearing colourful tops with flair ! I love coming for a hairdo! Makes me feel a million dollars!

Have had haircut again at Elements after a long break and very pleased with the cut, colour and general experience. Worth it to be happy after each visit.

I’ve been getting my hair cut at Elements with Sophie for five an half years now, ever since I moved to Oxted, and every single time I thoroughly enjoy the whole experience. Everyone knows my name, the whole team are friendly and welcoming, the salon itself is beautiful - you feel like you’re getting a real treat! Sophie is an amazing stylist as well as being an absolute joy to chat to - I feel like she’s my mate and I can tell her anything! She knows my hair and is brilliant at styling it curly or straight, she’s really passionate about what she does and has great ideas and advice for how I can style it at home. My only wish is that the appointment could last longer as I enjoy the experience so much! Thank you Elements team - you rock!

A good experience from charming receptionist to gentle hair washer to expert hairdresser Kym who handled my damaged skull with great professionalism. Coffee quite acceptable too.

I had my hair dyed from damaged, faded blonde to a beautiful gingery copper. Sam honestly did such an amazing job and achieved exactly what I wanted. My hair was super damaged originally and already feels so much better due to the olaplex treatments and advice I was given on what products to use. I hadn't been to the hairdressers for years and now I will never not go because of how much better my hair is! Thank you Sam & Elements

Brought my nine year old daughter in to have her hair cut. Emily made my daughter feel very special. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience and asked me ‘when her next appointment is’. Just because you’re 9 it doesn’t mean you don’t want great hair!
