I am profoundly impressed how Sophie could address my colouring challenges with my 1st visit at once. I had previously gone to an award winning London hairstylist spending 3 times the cost and coming out dissatisfied. She added a beautifully executed hair cut and a perfect blow dry to my salon visit. It is very difficult for a hairdresser to get requests spot on with a client's 1st visit but she totally nailed it. Thank you Sophie!

I have been going to Elements already 5 and since the beginning with Sophie, she is a very good professional who doesn’t push you in a direction you don’t want to go with your hair, always smiling and changing my life through my hair every month! 100% happy. Thanks to the whole team

I feel this salon has the highest level of service ... providing excellent customer care... from the minute you walk through the door you are welcomed ... most importantly listened to with a pre talk about how you feel about your hair and what it is you want to achieve from your visit .... thr junior staff are trained to a very high standard.... this is a wonderful salon . Jo should be proud of how she runs this establishment. She works very hard and is extremely professional and such a lovely lady

On Sunday I was privileged enough to be looked after by Toni and my bridesmaids by Chloe and Charlie. I have to say their mixture of personal and professional machine was incredible! We were in front of schedule, it was relaxed and the outcome was amazing. All day I had compliments about my hair! A relaxing, pleasant experience - friendly welcoming staff

I had a great experience at Elements today. I went to make an appointment and Jo on the desk offered me an appointment there and then which was fab. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and the staff all made us both feel so welcome and kept her amused and played with her whilst I had my hair cut. Leyla was my stylist and she was lovely and friendly, and I’m really happy with my cut. Will definitely return.

I have been to elements many times in the past but I am always surprised by just how much care and attention each of the stylists give you.
Today I have had my colour done for my wedding in two weeks, so Toni and Emily spoke to me about the big day! I have had the most amazing time at elements getting ready for my big day, I’ve been made to feel like he most important person and nothing has been too much trouble!
I could not recommend this salon highly enough :)

I love Elements because you not only get a great hairstyle, but also the whole experience is enjoyable. Friendly service, massage chairs and head massages, hot drinks and a nice, calm atmosphere. Going there is a great way to escape a stressful life!
