What a lovely relaxing professional massage I had with Charlotte- just what I wanted

Today I had lovely Ellie for a gel manicure & pedicure for my upcoming holiday in the sun. Ellie is great. We always have a good chat and have fun choosing varnish colours.
Ellie is a good listener as I never stop talking 😄

I’ve been on several courses of electrolysis with Laura. As expected from her early expert advice, success was going to take a while. But her care, attention to detail and sensible advice is very much appreciated on what has to be described as maintenance rather than pampering. Though last week I had a facial with Laura and that was super.

Ellie was amazing. I’ve been struggling with mental health lately and was anxious for this package but I can honestly say I had the best 4 hours with her. Her massage and facial were exceptional and my nails and toes look incredible. Thank you so, so much for everything - will be back soon!

Not sure of name of my therapist. I had an excellent massage. However, I was abit surprised when I asked for water at the start the lady abruptly said “well I’ll have to go back upstairs and this is now eating into your appointment time.” I thought this unnecessary and i felt like I was being told off. I didn’t mind losing a couple of minutes but think this was not a positive comment. It left a bad feeling which was a shame as the massage was very good.

Wow. An unbelievable facial which was so relaxing and included arm and neck massage. Highly recommended. No matter what treatment I have, the girls are so knowledgeable and the service is exceptional. Go for it, book a treatment, you'll be pleased with the result.

Charlotte was very friendly and very particular about giving me as beautiful nails for Christmas as she could.

The treatment itself was enjoyable however the salon is very busy and noisy which impacts on the relaxation. During my treatment I had 2 staff members (including I am guessing the manager / supervisor) outside the door discussing what errands needed running for the day. There were also other clients talking and what sounded like a washing machine spinning in the background. It was quite a distraction from a usual massage experience.

I had booked lovely Ellie to do my nails for Christmas. She's always really good at helping me choose just the right colour. So to look really Christmassy she suggested a dark holly green with a gold glittery top coat which looked really good and blended well together.

Arrived at the salon with alien nails. Lillie very carefully removed the offending (non Inches gel) and replaced them with beautifully applied new gels. Patient and talented.
