The pedicure was very enjoyable and Ellie was friendly and easy to talk to. My feet and nails looked good after nail polish was applied. My one disappointment was that I had to wait until 14 minutes past 11.00 for the appointment to start. She finished at just before 12. She did not do the hard skin removal from soles very thorough ly. I paid for an hour but only got 45 mins. I make get as well have the mini 40 minute next time and pay a bit less. This is the first time I’ve ever complained.

Claire was a super star today as always. She’s given me new eyes with an LVL lift and brow shape and holiday ready nails. She makes you feel so at easy and ensures you are happy with your treatments. Thank you Claire for getting me holiday ready ?

Natalie was great, she listened carefully to what I wanted, and was very gentle when she waxed. I’ll definitely ask to see her again.

Without doubt the best ever massage, facial and pedicure I have EVER had. Cant recommend highly enough. Make time to de-stress and feel fabulous?

I first visited the salon 27th May for an eyebrow reshape and wax. I was greeted by friendly staff and shown to the comfy sofa to fill health form out. My beautician was chatty and friendly and professional at the same time. I won’t be going anywhere else now and look forward to trying more treatments xxx

This salon has a great atmosphere from the minute you arrive. The staff are all friendly and highly skilled at their trade with a professionalism that makes you feel totally at ease. I had the most amazing massage today with Georgie, one of the best I have ever had in fact. I came out feeling wonderfully relaxed and will definitely be returning! Thank you Georgie, you are fab.

So I've been having monthly facials now for over 25 years with many different therapists. Recently Yasmin at Inches in Oxted has been my main practitioner and I must emphasize just how good she is.
She is very thoughtful and apart from feeling marvellous after one of her treatments I always feel that she has given me an excellent facial for my money.

I was given a birthday voucher and opted for the refresh massage and facial. Absolutely fabulous. I’m so relaxed now that not sure dinner will be made ??.
So good in fact, I’ve booked again for January.

I asked for help with my skin and got offered a very friendly consultation followed by a thoroughly relaxing, rehydrating facial with a lovely shoulder, arm & hand massage. It was so good that I immediately rebooked a follow-up treatment.

What a treat! This was a wonderful experience, Ellie is very knowledgeable about skin. I felt very pampered and my skin is glowing!

Best massage I have ever had..full body yes but definately went the extra mile..and the oils smelt and felt lovely. Worked on my knots in my back but the whole body was treated to a relaxing but effective technique just when I thought it was over Dawn finished with a lovely facial and neck massage total bliss!.Will book again !.

All the therapists here are excellent. Unfortunately I had a problem with my nails this time but it was immediately rectified. Great customer service. Highly recommended.
