I’m a long-standing fan of Clarins and use the products every day but nothing beats a professional facial. This one was very relaxing, flowed really well, the right level of pressure- I was floating above the massage table Very quickly! My only slight criticism is that you can be conscious of other staff talking and moving about as the treatment room walls seem quite thin.
Everyone seemed very cautious concerning the virus and I felt safe.

I had a wonderful experience at Inches of Oxted this afternoon. I went for the pick me up spa package which was lovely and relaxing. My therapist (didn't catch her name!) was very attentive and always made sure I was comfortable. I felt very safe with all the new procedures in the salon and will absolutely come again.

So I haven't been able to have any of my lovely Inches beauty treatments since February due to the Covid pandemic. Today I ventured back for a pedi: dipping my toes in the water with Jodie. My temperature was checked when I arrived, we all had masks and there was plenty of hand sanitiser.
Jodie and I didn't 'chat': my preference
(normally I love to chat). Jodie did a great job while I read my book. I felt safe throughout the whole treatment.
Inches now have things well organised to deliver your favourite beauty treatments as safely as possible. I'll be happy to go back again.

Overall, a positive experience. They took safety measures seriously and were polite and friendly. I can't remember the name of the lady that pierced my daughter's ears, but she was thorough, calm and did a good job. Four weeks later and her ears are healthy with no infection. Only complaint I'd make is lack of information over the phone when making the booking. I had to prompt for information about wearing a mask, whether I could bring my other children etc and I also bought some earrings in advance for my daughter specifically to put in after the holes were made, which we brought along, as I wasn't told that you supply specific earrings to load into the machine. I really wish this had been made clear when making the booking, as I wouldn't have bought them otherwise.

Massage with Laura, brilliant balance between stress relief and easing tension. Really attentive to my needs and very relaxing. Best yet.

Laura was great. There was however a lot of noise from talking between staff outside the room which at times made it hard to relax.
