So I haven't been able to have any of my lovely Inches beauty treatments since February due to the Covid pandemic. Today I ventured back for a pedi: dipping my toes in the water with Jodie. My temperature was checked when I arrived, we all had masks and there was plenty of hand sanitiser.
Jodie and I didn't 'chat': my preference
(normally I love to chat). Jodie did a great job while I read my book. I felt safe throughout the whole treatment.
Inches now have things well organised to deliver your favourite beauty treatments as safely as possible. I'll be happy to go back again.

Overall, a positive experience. They took safety measures seriously and were polite and friendly. I can't remember the name of the lady that pierced my daughter's ears, but she was thorough, calm and did a good job. Four weeks later and her ears are healthy with no infection. Only complaint I'd make is lack of information over the phone when making the booking. I had to prompt for information about wearing a mask, whether I could bring my other children etc and I also bought some earrings in advance for my daughter specifically to put in after the holes were made, which we brought along, as I wasn't told that you supply specific earrings to load into the machine. I really wish this had been made clear when making the booking, as I wouldn't have bought them otherwise.

Laura was great. There was however a lot of noise from talking between staff outside the room which at times made it hard to relax.

I booked in for a pre holiday manicure. Whilst ***** was pleasant enough I’ve not been satisfied with the overall result of my manicure. Unfortunately My cuticles on one fingers were cut too harshly and bled. They’ve continued to scab and bleed: which was only accentuated by the application of nail polish remover before the polish application! The overall filing / buffing / polishing is a bit untidy and inconsistent. I was asked if I was happy with the nail shaping but I was also then asked to pay half way through. So whilst I could have said I wasn’t happy with my nails afterwards, I’d already paid and I’m not sure anything would have been done to rectify it. I also found it slightly unclean: the equipment for cutting etc didn’t appear sterile and certainly the wooden stick used to tidy the poor nail painting had been used multiple times before, judging by the other nail polish colours on it.

Great place to go for a massage , staff are all friendly. Yas is great.

Time for my Christmas nails to go and just a mini mani for a few weeks til the gems hi back on. Then a fab ‘sand blasting’ of my face to leave it smooth and plump after the chilly mask. Lost in a haze as such a blissful treatment - one of my faves.

A great experience, I was really well looked after and had all the procedures thoroughly explained to me. The blading was not too painful at all and I will have no hesitation on returning for my top up appointment in 5 weeks time. A pleasing price too with the special discount on offer at the moment.
