Inches Of Oxted

I had a really good session. I phoned Inches at short notice but they very helpfully managed to accommodate me. The young lady Chelsea who carried out my treatments was friendly, easy to talk to. She was also extremely professional.

Therapists showed care and were friendly yet professional. Thank you, I will be back, 5 stars

Facials with Dawn are excellent.
Kayla does fabulous eyebrows! all in all a great salon offering a good range of treatments which are available to buy as a course so better value.

I agreed to have new lashes as part of staff training. I had always wanted to try them and thought for £20 it was worth a try. However, I am very disappointed in the outcome. I feel ridiculous with only lashes in the middle and very few at the edges. Apparently I have fine, curly lashes which made the treatment difficult.
I am usually very happy with Inches. The staff are lovely. The staff member tried her best but I’m a bit embarrassed about how I look!

Absolutely loved the treatment ( present from husband!) Ellie was excellent and I felt very relaxed about also invigorated after the tri activé facial - I’m saving up for another !!!

An amazing experience having a luxury facial this morning. Dawn is wonderful and makes you feel totally relaxed whilst having the treatment.

I had my nails done here for Christmas. Such a friendly staff and such care taken. My nails were beautiful and lasted 3.5 weeks! Went back today to have the gels taken off and again the same care and attention. I would highly recommend.

I look forward to my regular appointment with yaz so much. She’s kind, gentle, trustworthy. Half an hour of calm every few weeks. She’s a breath of fresh air.

May I suggest one thing? It’s always baffled me why you have the radio playing in the seating area. As a gold star clarins establishment I’ve Been in rooms and can hear the radio and /or chatting. Chatting clearly cannot be stopped (!) but I wonder if calm soothing music could be played in the background in the communal area - a gentler more relaxing environment.

I hope that’s useful feedback.

I’ve been coming for 20 years do I feel it’s my salon and I have a vested interest!!

Service 5* for Jasmine who carried out my treatment she was fantastic, however I didn’t find the receptionist friendly or welcoming, huge contrast to the lady that was on reception when I came in to book. Other than that a lovely treatment & I shall be booking again.

Needed a pick me up in this cold drab weather! I now look like I’ve had a mini break somewhere hot and sunny. Perfect for the festive party season.

Today I had eyelash extensions. I could not be happier. It was my first time at Inches. Everything was first class, staff, salon, service. Brilliant I will be back and a special mention to Jodie who went that extra mile to ensure that I was truly happy which I am !

It is always a pleasure to visit Inches for some ‘down time’ whilst being pampered. The salon has a relaxed, friendly, chatty atmosphere , sometimes lacking in other salons which can be somewhat stuffy!
