I’ve been going to Inches for various treatments over the years, but for the last year I have booking in specifically with Abi because she always provides excellent service and exactly I want! My gel nails even last up to four weeks, and with whatever treatment I have, she takes time, care and attention to detail, whilst being a great person to talk to, making me feel at ease! The whole team are lovely, very welcoming, and that’s a big factor as to why I continue to come to this salon, despite a recent move away from Oxted!

I couldn't believe my luck earlier today; I managed to bag a last minute appointment at the eponymous Inches in Oxted. I booked a eyebrow wax/shape and all seemed to be fairly professional at check in. However once the wax went on I could tell that all was not well. After a few tweezer tweaks I was told the brows were ready and when I looked in the mirror, to my horror, I discovered I had Lego brick eyebrows. Trying to remain calm, I suggested that the girl tried to shape them more - But here was my error - I should have known better and quit while I was ahead. The end result? Lopsided uneven Lego eyebrows - perfect for a wedding tomorrow. I ended up doing a patch up job at home and I didn't pay for the service as so terrible (to be clear I have never in my life walked out of a salon and not paid but was so unhappy). Needless to say I will be swerving inches in the future!!!!
Giving 1 star as there isn't a zero option in some cases.

Staff at Inches are always helpful and professional. I often have to move my appointments to fit my work and they are very accommodating.

I have been having the above treatment for 2 years now and the improvement in the firming of my skin is amazing.I would not have any other therapist than Dawn whom I have known for nearly 30 years!!!She is the best beautician anyone could ask for.I love Inches!!!!?❤

Great facial - very relaxing and feel great

As always, Natalie is ultra-precise so the finished job is excellent and long lasting (pedicure and eyebrow shape and tint). She's good company too!

I think Georgie gave me the best treatment I have ever had. I left the salon feeling relaxed and reinvigorated. The only thing I would mention is that I cannot understand why in such a relaxing atmosphere every room has a ticking clock.

Really disappointed ... spray tan only had one coating when I usually have 2.

Brilliant experience and service

Georgie has always been a brilliant therapist. I have been having regular monthly facials and occasional pedicures with her for over 2 years now. Today while relaxing I was thinking how well 'looked after' I was feeling. She has a wonderful relaxing way about her and never skimps on the luscious Clarins products. I always feel wonderfully pampered.
I'm so sorry she's decided to retire.

As this was my first time at Inches of Oxted I was given a questionnaire to fill - all very reassuring and professional. Ellie was friendly and efficient and provided a very good service. I have booked in for another treatment with her.

I drive 40 mins there and 40 mins home to get the best spray tan there is, Abi is amazing at what she does and always so friendly and polite. Highly recommend. Thankyou always Abi X

I had a fantastic mini pedicure with gel this morning. The customer service was exemplary with Sue managing to juggle things to fit me in. Natalie, the therapist, was lovely. I’ve been to cheaper walk-in pedicure places in Oxted, but will definitely return to Inches as the care and welcome made me feel special. Thank you very much.

My first manicure and gel nails too. A very pleasant experience. The service was excellent, professional and friendly. I can thoroughly recommend.

Wonderful pedicure & manicure. Suggestion: it would be very nice to have had something like throw-away flip-flops to wear after the lovely pedicure so I could toddle over to the manicure bar while my toenail polish needed to dry without my bare feet touching the salon floor.
Chelsea like Elly the day before was professional and skillful, am very pleased with both!.

I had an amazing experience at Inches.I was so relaxed that I fell asleep halfway through!!!!My skin looks incredible after the facial so much more than I anticipated.I have been going to Inches for nearly 30 years and would not go anywhere else.Even tho I live quite a way from Oxted and there are several salons nearer I still prefer to go to Inches.Dawn is like an old friend now.
