I have followed Lewis for many years. He is a fantastic hairdresser and has a great affinity with his clients. He also never takes his eye away from making sure the salon runs efficiently.

I was very pleased with my hair appointment today, the cut and tint looks fantastic. Danielle always does a great job plus excellent customer service.

The service was great and everyone was really lovely!

I went into the salon with no clear vision but a rough idea of what I wanted. Gemma understood exactly what I wanted and explained her thoughts and how she would achieve this. End result = extremely happy with the result - it’s the best haircut I’ve had in ages!

Sarah always leaves me feeling my best and is very paitent with my long damaged hair and never cuts too much off. She is always friendly and uses fantastic hair products to make my hair shiny and beautifully styled. I have been going to sarah for 11 years and will continue to do so. Very happy coustomer as always!

After many years of avoiding hair salons for good reasons.
I prayed and plucked up the courage to walk through the door.
I booked an appointment with Lewis after being told by a friend he’s an excellent stylist/colourist with a welcoming and friendly manner.
I’m sitting here so very happy with a smile on my face.
Lewis listen and advised me and the result is stunning. Thank you.

After about 5 years of trying to kid myself that I could pull off long hair, I decided to have it cut back in to a bob again. Lewis did a fabulous job as always, gave me loads of tips on how to blow dry it with volume and I’m really really pleased! Thank you :-)

I have been a client at the salon for over ten years and have always been very happy with Sarah doing my hair so this is no reflection of her service and work at all !!
Today I felt very sorry for her and Lewis as they had to answer the phone numerous times run the salon wash their clients hair generally doing absolutely everything as well as keeping their clients happy this is not acceptable to keep leaving your paying customer to do the job of a receptionist mostly calls about Banstead salon !!! Sort it out Charlie Brown not fair on you loyal clients and long standing staff .
Once again none of the above reflects on Sarah and Lewis

New to Reigate so it was a gamble to go to a new salon. Lewis pleasantly surprised me as not all stylists know how to cut Asian hair!

Second time I have seen Lewis and last time he sowed the seed of red with more red. I came back today and told him to do it. And I am so glad I did, it looks AMAZING. He is also a lovely guy who explained each step as he went along. I can't wait for the sun to shine so I can show it off to it's full effect!

This is the second time I have had my hair done at Charlie Brown by Lewis. The first time was for a cut and finish, this time it was for a colour and blow dry. Both times have been the best hairdressing experiences I have ever had and I have left the salon feeling amazing. Lewis takes so much care with my hair and both times has given me exactly what I asked for. I also recommended a friend to Lewis and she got her haircut earlier this week and straight away messaged me telling me how much she loved the cut and the whole experience.
As a student I also find the 20% student discount really great and makes the prices much more affordable for me.
I would recommend Charlie Brown and Lewis to everyone and am already looking forward to my next appointment :)

Having always gone to a great London. salon for years I was quite reticent about changing salons but I get great service every time here. Would recommend.

Great service Danielle always listens to what I want but also gives great advice.
In fact if I get my hair blow dried abroad the cut of my hair is always complimented I must say also by other stylist in this salon.
