I don't often write reviews but I booked my first appointment at Charlie Brown's after a Google search brought the salon up with the best reviews by far in Reigate.
I was not disappointed fab and friendly staff, I felt very welcome. Danielle my stylist really listened to me and took in to my consideration my natural hair condition before giving me the best cut I've had in ages.
Highly recommend Charlie Brown's and Danielle.

After several bad haircut experiences I absolutely loved my haircut. My stylist took the time to listen to what I wanted and understood my vision. I also loved the head massage. Great professional team. Thank you for a lovely experience. Will be back for colour soon!

Lovely time

First visit today to the Reigate salon, after a couple of years with the Banstead salon. Lewis is as good as ever, great cut and lovely colour. Good parking nearby and a better colour scheme than Banstead ? still a bit on the pricey side...

I have been a customer for years but I do not want to attend a salon where they have to spy on the staff.. I was extremely disturbed that cctv has been installed with sound. I can not relax knowing somebody is watching and listening to my conversations and recording it! Big brother.! I will go to an alternative without cctv. ..until now I didn't realise I would need to check. Really disappointed...felt comfortable before..not now and this was installed for my safety? You kidding me

We’ve just moved from Canada, and I was not looking forward to searching, yet again, for a stylist that I trust. But Lewis was amazing, grasped what I wanted and made suggestions based on the natural texture of my hair. Came out feeling great!

Just had my hair done with Lewis and I absolutely love it! I have followed him from Banstead because he's that amazing! Highly recommend, amazing service and an amazing person. Book your appointments with him while you can xx

Danielle cut my hair today, usually she does my colour but my usual snipped is on maternity leave so Danielle stepped in! So pleased with the cut, it was shaggy and unkempt and after showing Danielle a pic of how i liked it she set to work. She always knows what will look good with my colours and the cut was the same, i can trust that she will do it justice.
The atmosphere of the salon is lovely, very buzzy and friendly, and never pretentious.

Fab staff lovely atmosphere been comming to Charlie browns 10years + wouldn't go anywhere else trust them n if any problems occur always sorted no problem n helped me with my hair colour for my wedding last year n what an amazing job achieved over the months for that special day they all took part in highly recommend xx

Fantastic service. Sophie cut my hair today, felt like a personal service. Helped me visualise what she would do and gave great advice. Also used products that made me hair feel as look great. So friendly and will definitely return.

My appointment with Claudia today m Claudia has excellent ability to cut my hair which is quite thick and many hairdressers find it difficult. I am very satisfied with her ability cutting and styling.

The last time I used Charlie Brown was in 2015. I went back this morning as my normal hair dressers were full.
The highlights are great and it was a good cut, however as I have long curly hair I never ask a salon to blow dry it as I leave it to dry naturally.
When paying I was charged for a cut and blow dry together and when I asked about it I was told that they do not provide a separate price.
Considering that a hair dryer or diffuser was not used and I was charged much more than expected, I left disappointed.
It is not my fault that my hair cannot be blow dried.
I won't be going back because of this as other hair dressers accept that my hair is different and do not charge for the blow dry.

Lucy is very patient with me - and gives very good advice.

Today was my first visit to Charlie Brown salon. My hair was done by Sophie who was lovely. Easy to talk to & gave some very useful advice regarding my hair. All the staff were very friendly & the guy who washed my hair gave me a lovely head massage.
I was also in a lot of pain due to a back injury, they could not have been more helpful in trying to make things more comfortable for me.
Will definitely be going back!

Went in today for a color and cut! Sophie always does an amazing job! She was ready and waiting for me! You can't go wrong with Charlie Browns Hair!

Always treated with professionalism even when busy. Plenty of drinks offered along with good selection of magazines. Only criticism is the space feels claustrophobic and a little dark especially when full to capacity.
