Excellent service - really pleased with my hair thank you Claudia.

Firstly the booking system was very slick! I was contacted very quickly after emailing. Emily was lovely and listened to what I wanted and ,without judging my birds nest hairstyle, got on with it and made my hair shiny, sleek and beautiful! Chatty and friendly whilst being very professional. Very happy with the service.

Love my hair. Such a great service from Emily. Offered advice and tips all the way through my cut and colour. She’s fabulous!

As always Claudia was amazing. Felt safe and well looked after in the salon. Claudia gave me some great advice on the best products to style my hair and aftercare to protect my colour. Just the lift I needed before Christmas.

This was my first visit. The member of staff I spoke to by telephone on booking was friendly and helpful, and on arrival for my appointment I was greeted in the same manor.
Charlie who cut and styled my hair is cheerful, charming and he gave my split-ended, scarecrow-like hair a million dollar makeover. My husband said it is the best haircut I’ve had, and I would have to agree!Thank you Charlie.

It’s great to have a hair cut and Danielle is always fun to chat with even with all the PPE she does an excellent job .we also manage to have a laugh .

Was very good with my 5 year old daughter and made the haircut very enjoyable. The salon was reassuringly Covid secure.

I don't come often but when I do I am so pleased with how Lewis takes time, very polite, easy to talk to and perfect cut.

My last cut with Danielle was 12th March, then we had lockdown so I missed 4 cuts ? I hadn’t left home to go anywhere in 4 months, but I finally plucked up courage to go and have my hair cut, I did this yesterday. I had an early appointment so that I didn’t have to see/meet too many people. Danielle opened the door and explained everything, personal packs for each client and plenty of social distances. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute and as usual Danielle was outstanding and I love my “back to normal “ hair! Thank you so much Danielle, see you in September. Also I would recommend Charlie Brown, Reigate 100%

Super pleased with my hair cut, was above and beyond expectations, having done home colour for so long and over 12 months since my last cut. I also felt very safe during these unprecedented times, will definitely be booking again
