The service I received this morning was excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever. They couldn't have done more for me especially as I have mobility problems.

For the last year or so having tried several salons in Staines I finally found Margot’s Ellie does my hair and today she also did my granddaughters , such a lovely person and all are so friendly

I was lucky enough to win a voucher in a raffle for a wash, cut and blow dry with Fi. Despite being local I’ve never been to Margot’s before. What a little gem to find. Lovely, friendly little salon with a great atmosphere. Fi really listened to what was wanted and the wash, cut and dry was excellent. Thank you.

Today I had a bouncy blow dry with Ellie, she got my normally big frizzy hair so amazingly straight and gave me such a lovely hour of pampering, to my usual busy mum life! She was excellent with my 4 year old daughter too. Will definitely be coming again! Xx

Due to illness of one of the staff, the days programme had to be rescheduled, which in my opinion was handled very well !!

I get my hair done by Fi every 6-8 weeks and I'm the happiest I have ever been with my hair colour and condition. The salon is great, very clean and lovely stylists to chat too.

I'm not very good with salons and when we moved to the area I didn't know who to use its taken me several months to pluck up the courage to come in but I'm so glad I did Kyle done a fantastic job on my hair , and I loved hannahs nails she was she help me decided what would be best for me and took time and care todo them properly and I'm so pleased with them, they feel very natural but the tips feel like they are really secure like they have been super glued on 🤣🤣 , everyone made me feel so welcome and were all so friendly it really is a great salon that I would definatly recommend look forward to going back in December xx
