My very first visit and I must say I loved it ??I got a haircut by the lovely stylist Megan, she understood and advised me so well. The place is buzzing, staff attentive.The salon is very modern, very clean and the service is outstanding especially as they are extremely busy. Great place to get your hair done. Highly recommended. Will surely return soon.

Alex was really busy today but that didn’t get in the way of great conversation, service and cut. She’s a great stylist and I would thoroughly recommend her.

My son has ASD and sensory processing issues. Haircuts used to be a source of massive distress but Mova are fantastic with him. Patient and understanding as well as being great hair stylists!

Jade was so kind, she worked quickly and put my 3 year old at ease.
A great cut as always, wouldn’t go anywhere other than Mova for all the family’s hair cuts and colouring.

Greeted with smiles and drinks on offer every time you attend. Never feel rushed and options always explained along with advice.

So the lovely Jade put some chunky blond hi/lights in my hair which was followed by the most relaxing hair wash & treatment by Emily-Jo. My hair looks amazing which makes me feel great so Thankyou Jade & Emily-Jo at Mova Staines for giving me a great experience & fantastic hair & the cappuccino was lovely too. X

Amazing hair colour and cut. Jade takes the time to talk though what you want and advises what she thinks will look good. Very professional - but still friendly... 5 * would definitely recommend

I always have a great experience at Mova. All of the staff are very friendly. I’m always extremely happy with my hair cut or colour. Jade is lovely, she does a great job and I look forward to my appointment with her every visit.

Friendly knowledgable staff. Shame wasn’t offered any magazines to look at whilst my colour was on. Felt a little uncomfortable just sitting there, didn’t feel I could ask.

Jade is honestly such an amazing stylist and hair colourist never fails to deliver above and beyond. Always walk out with a smile on my face she does such amazing work. Thank You!!

Been getting my hair done here now for about a year. Always struggled to find a REALLY good salon and stylist. Since coming here my hair has been at its best. Great salon.

Alex coloured and cut my hair the first time and I was very pleased! After explaining what I tried to achieve she added her own thoughts and expertise to my ideas and explained what would work best for my hair given its length and texture. My full head of highlights turned out amazing and still looking fab after seven weeks. When it came to the cut and style she advised me of the texture of my hair and what kind of cutting style suited it best. Finally a stylist who figured it all out! Very happy!

I would highly recommend having your hair done at Mova Staines . I am always delighted with the finished result. The service is the best always friendly and personalised to each individuals requests and suitability of their needs . Great range of products are available there and they offer you a points system so that you can obtain discount as a loyal continual client .

I have been having my hair done at Mova for around 25 years & am never disappointed. I always feel thoroughly looked after and really enjoy my time at the salon.
I decided on a slightly new look for my holiday & Guiseppe cut my hair beautifully.
It has been so easy to look after & i have been so pleased with it.

Always gives good advice on colour, shampoo and products to use. Takes time with the cut always checking the length after drying. Always a great blow dry.

Lovely haircut and also had a keratin treatment! Love it soooo much, Alex always cuts my hair how I like it ???? feel so comfortable and always come out happy as! X

Emily cut my hair today under the guidance of owner Joe! Its a great cut! I have a bob which can be tricky! Ever since I came across Mova some 5 years ago I have been so pleased with my hair. Their blow drys are second to none the best I have ever had! This salon has the edge. I would recommend it and you will never return to your previous hairdresser! Mova has the edge!

Alex is just amazing! For a few years she’s died, cut, straightened and even did my wedding hair-no flaws, great customer service and I’m always super happy with the result:)

Jade has been cutting my hair for at least 4 years and is always friendly and warm
Previously when a hair dresser has been promoted from graduate stylist to stylist I would then move on to the next graduate but I just couldn't with Jade as her service is so good every time
The price jump from 28 to 45 was an adjustment and I'd suggest considering some more discount options or added extras for loyal customers. Free hair mask maybe etc?
I'm sure she says this to all the clients but she always compliments the colour and gives great tips for products but doesn't pressure you to buy salon sold only.
The prosecco or beer is always a nice touch and generally I find the staff friendly overall
My only complaint would be it is sometimes very warm inside but not sure much could be done due to hair dryers etc
If the salon offered some beauty treatments eg eyebrow threading it would be perfect

I recently had my hair coloured at another salon who have completely ruined my hair. Holly gave excellent honest advice how she would be able to correct it and get the colour I wanted - I just wish I had had my hair coloured by Holly in the first place.

The gentle head massage after the shampoo is nearly worth the visit in itself.

Guiseppe never does an average job. He always makes me feel great after. He is so professional, focused and his attention to detail is amazing.
Had my hair washed by Emily who is so lovely and friendly. She always makes sure that I am having a good time there. She notices a little thing which other may not even notice.
