Great Salon with friendly staff. I felt comfortable in trying out a new stylist. Will return again.

Grace was so lovely and got it just right and gave good advice. I have curly hair and its hard to manage, Grace did an amazing job!

The wash is always so relaxing, and the cut beautiful, Kate knows her stuff. I am confident I will come out of the salon with a great cut!

Had a lovely appointment today, was really pampered by Leah and Katie, both lovely girls. And I also love my new hair of course!

Leah is a fantastic hairdresser who is attentive and fun.
She listens to how my hair has been and what I've liked or not liked or found difficult about it and then makes brilliant suggestions which leave me feeling like a million dollars.
I trust no one else with my hair!!

Kate has been cutting my hair for a few years now and I always LOVE and am thrilled the results. She is a really gifted stylist and on top of that, a really lovely person.

Leah cut my hair today she talked me through what we wanted to achieve. She did a great job, very efficient and we had a lovely chat. Service with a smile ?

This is my 3rd time for a cut & colour at the Salon with Kate. She is genius ? it's not easy to cut short hair and Kate does this extremely well, takes so much time makes my very fine hair look thick I'm a happy customer ?

Had a complete re-style with siobhan a couple of weeks ago had my long hair cut in to a Bob, I am absolutely over the moon with it.
Siobhan talked me through the different ways I could wear it and helped me decide how short to go so I could manage it .
I felt so comfortable and let her be the judge and now I love it!
Was so impressed I went back again today and had Grace blow dry my hair and it was amazing again!
The girls in Tw18 are so kind and welcoming, the salon is a modern funky vibe which is like no other salon I have been too.
il be returning soon for another blow dry.

This was my first time at this hair dressers and so I was a tad apprehensive about going. I had to wait outside for a few minutes before someone came to greet me to see if I had an appointment. If I’m being honest, the greeting I received was not the warmest I’d ever experienced. The person (I’m not going to mention names) was cold towards me and left me feeling like I just wanted to leave really. There was no polite conversation etc, she just gestured for me to sit down and then walked away. Nonetheless, along came Leah and she turned the situation around instantly! She was so bubbly and friendly. I wasn’t 100% sure on what I wanted for my haircut and she was so helpful in helping my decide. Leah gave great advice as well and to top it all off I left feeling great with my new haircut to which I’m still getting positive remarks for. Thank you so much.

Had a relaxing visit for my very untidy hair to be restyled . Delighted with result as always . All the salon staff are friendly and happy creating a lovely atmosphere. The salon was clean tidy and the hygiene exemplary . Well done Salon Tw18 for making me feel safe in the current times .
