Always a pleasure to have my hair done at The Salon TW18. I came in for a trim and Kate did a great job. She is very friendly and professional and is always happy to suggest what might work best for my hair. It’s lovely salon and it was a very safe and relaxing experience. Would definitely recommend.

I visited the salon for the first time today and I will definitely be going back. Kate was lovely and friendly, and knew exactly how to handle my very thick hair! Reasonable prices compared to other high-standard salons too. Can’t recommend enough!

Leah is really friendly and approachable, as well as being very sensitive to the needs of her clients. As usual, she did a great job of cutting my daughter's hair - managing to keep both mother and teenaged daughter happy. Not an easy job! Thank you Leah and all the lovely, very talented team at Salon TW18.

I went to the Salon TW18 for the first time last week and was very very impressed. Everyone was so friendly, the salon is very stylish and has a great vibe to it. Leah was very professional but also very friendly and chatty. I went in not really sure what i wanted hair cut wise, but she was very thorough with coming up with a plan and the end result was perfect!
Will definitely be returning x

I visited the salon on Wednesday 4 November for the first time and had a cut and blow dry with Laura.

I just wanted to feedback to say how impressed And comfortable I was with all the safety measures in place.

More importantly I’m really pleased with Laura’s friendly approach and her customer service. As a new customer I know it had been a really busy day in the salon but she still took the time to understand what I was looking for and as a result I’m incredibly happy with how my hair now looks.

Thank you so much to Kate for my new style. I’ve always wanted a fringe and this gentle version was a perfect intro. Best cut I’ve had in so long. Kate really knows her stuff and I look forward to coming back after lockdown.

I was really impressed at how covid friendly the salon is. Temp check, hand sani, QR code, all stations screened off - really relaxing knowing everything was clean. The cut was brilliant. Leah totally got what I wanted and did it really efficiently. Can't complain and would 100% recommend.

Kate is very knowledgeable about colour and how to create the look I want as well as keeping it looking good.

I recently came in to the salon to go from balayage to a chocolatey brown. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the salon itself was very well organised with COVID restrictions. Leah was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I got the colour (or there abouts) that I wanted. Cannot wait to go back ?

I come every week for a blow dry as I have my hair extensions with you. And I cannot tell you how much love this salon or the girls here. There all wonderful and make me laugh. Such good chat and make me feel at ease. Love this hairdressers been going here since they opened the girls are lovely atmosphere great and a well organised salon- blowdrys makeup colour extensions hair up they all do it perfectly and amazing and i couldnt go anywhere else id be lost without them!! Thanks ladies.

Kate spends the time to listen and gives advice to try and achieve exactly what you want.

This is the second time I've had my hair done by Laura and I was just as impressed as I was the first time! It's a wonderful atmosphere and the service was great. Lovely cut and style, and exactly what I wanted. I'll be back again in a few weeks no doubt!

Kate is very good. I enjoyed every bit of my appointment. I was not sure booking with a different hairstylist because I had been going to another stylist there. Kate was patient, creative and kind. Most importantly I like the result and definitely going back.

I cannot fault Kate’s services today. I booked in for a Balayage appointment to change up my current colour. The end result is amazing - naturally blended colour and beautifully styled.

Leah is a professional, fast working, perfectionist hair stylist who gave me the best full head of highlights I have had in 4 years. With thick hair, Leah worked quickly and was clearly highly skilled In her trade. Really happy with my highlights and my blow dry. Great conversation with Leah, fun visit and though the salon is clearly a tightly ran ship - the atmosphere was lovely and relaxed. All the other customers looked comfortable too. Other stylists were also friendly and professional. ...what a find!!! I’ve been in Staines for 3 years and never knew this place existed. I do now and booked to return in 7 weeks with Leah. I’ve always stuck with hairdressing chains like Headmasters or Rush - after this experience and outcome ——- I’m back to The Salon TW18 ?? thanks Leah!

I’ve been coming here for 18 months now, and initially had Siobhan, who is an amazing hairdresser. Very personable, as well as being extremely knowledgable. I’ve now had Leah for two appointments, and what a great hairdresser she is! As well as being hilarious and easy to talk to, she has done wonders with my hair. Knows exactly what to do when you tell her what your problem areas are. I love this salon, and am so happy I chose to start coming here.
