Had a great relaxing experience at Mova Virginia Water even with all the safety measures put in place ???? my appointment was with Lorenzo thank you ??

I have been going to Mova for almost 10 years now, and I can not recommend them enough. After lockdown i felt nervous for my first appointment, however as soon as I stepped through the salon door I felt so relaxed and safe. The team are all wearing visors, there are screens separating everyone and Hannah made me feel so at ease as soon as I arrived.

My hair is back to looking fabulous!

My first visit to the Salon since lockdown was great. Tom explained all the rules and guidelines and all the staff were following them. Tom reminded me to keep using the hand sanitiser and at no time did I feel at risk. Had a fab haircut as well. ❤️

Gina is thorough. Starts the appt. with a look at your hair and a chat about your requirements. Good with suggestions too. Been with Gina more years than I can remember.

Quite a drive for me so has to be good! Great service, colour and styles. The team are all excellent and fun.

Hannah is an epic hairdresser who listens to what you want and carefully translates that into a wonderful hair result

In such a uncertain stressful time my visit today left me feeling lighter from the mood in the shop and good about myself with another amazing hair colour from Amber and cut from Tom. Thank you Mova - hope to see you again soon !

Today was a sad day for salons due to this world virus
Mova kept all the clients that did come in feeling very welcome and safe
Hygiene was paramount
But today I changed my colour and cut
Hannah is very good at her choice of colours ,very happy.
Tom convinced me to change my style
So pleased I did

No reflection on Hannah but I feel the salon is uncomfortably cold ..which for me was quite detrimental to the experience

Delighted with the service I received today at Mova! Firstly, because I dropped by chance and they were able to offer what I was looking for straight away. Secondly, I loved the new massage seats at the sink. And finally, Amber did a fantastic job with my hair and she did it in a warm, friendly and professional way. I find that you always get a warm welcome at Mova, it has a lovely atmosphere in there and a great team. I’m very pleased with what Amber did.

I love MOVA hair saloon. I’ve been a regular customer nearly for a decade now. Amber was lovely doing my hair colour this morning. She’s helpful, pleasant and knows what she’s doing. P.S her head massages exceptionally good!

I’ve recently moved nearby and it’s always hard to find a new hairdresser, well I’m extremely pleased with my haircut on Wednesday I then went back on Friday for the colour and I am so happy with it I feel human again thank goodness I will definitely be back they are all so friendly and helpful. Hannah is a great asset to MOVA .. She listens to your hair needs ! The high lights are done very well and a good trim too . Hannah has an engaging personality which gives you a very pleasant experience in a salon .

It was my first visit to Mova, and I received such a warm welcome.
I was amazed and delighted that they squeezed me in for my booking time, even when it transpired that I had accidentally booked my appointment in Staines branch thinking that I had booked Virginia water!
The green tea was delicious, and Ellie was great! She really listened to me, and gave me her expert opinion- dissuading me from doing something that I would later regret. My hair looks and feels so much better than it has in months, and I felt truly pampered! Already booked my next appointment for 6 week’s time !

Hannah is fantastic with our kiddo. Always calm and never in a rush. Taking her time to make sure the cut is good but the child is happy too.
