Throughly enjoyed having my hair done again after 4 long months of salons being lockdown. I had a
Semi Tint and Cut but no blow-dry due to salon Covid restrictions.
Daisy Hawkins wonderfully transformed me in 1 hour and 30 minutes . Feel fabulous again :)
My first visit since the pandemic. Very well organised clean. Plenty of sanitiser, they took your temperature when you arrived stylists wore face shields. Only downside there was no blow drying.
It was my first haircut in 4 months but everyone had masks and shields on and I felt comfortable that they were adhering to guildlines thank you

Had a bad reaction to a home hair test (from the supermarket) and couldn’t wait to get my hair coloured professionally! The team at the glasshouse were extremely professional and took full care of me, ensuring I had a patch test done 2 days before my appointment. Daisy looked after me beautifully and the entire team made sure that I felt comfortable with the new coronavirus precautions. My hair looks great and thank you to the glasshouse team!
Fabulous salon been going for 20 years, however I didn’t feel safe today. Stylists were wearing visors but no mask, receptionist had no mask when out from behind her screen, some clients taking their masks off. No enforcement of one way rule and no Perspex between stations. No single use towels or gowns.
After lockdown a well needed colour treatment & cut.Excellent as usual with the ‘new normal’ Conformities. Left with hair looking a million dollars!

The whole process was very simple and safe, every member of staff was wearing correct PPE and all the surfaces were cleaned after each client! Great result and lovely staff as usual- amazing to be back !

Perfect colour. Everything 5 star. Caring and helpful.
I DO NOT recommend *****. He doesn’t listen and doesn’t communicate with customer at all. I asked for ombré on darker hair and received blonde baleyage/highlights from my roots (I even showed him a picture of my hair with this colour). I had to ask him to put the toner on my roots as there were bleached! To be honest highlights are super precise but it’s not what I wanted at all. Then he didn’t even spend 10 minutes cutting my hair. Very disappointing service. I might give the Glass House another shot but won’t come back to *****...
I’ve visited the salon 3 times now. And I was blown away by the level of professionalism. You can see that owner has direct positive impact on every and individual Employee which reflects on excellent customer care and satisfaction . Keep it going guys.

Got my appointment.
Very well organised in terms of COVID. Masks worn by customers. All staff had face shields. Very few people in the building. Hand sanitizer placed at door and on all counters. Lots of cleaning being done all around.
Felt very safe and organised.
And of course Rebecca has got rid of my grey and cut my hair beautifully. Thank you. X

Staff were excellent dealing with the social distancing requirements. Plenty of information and instructions given. Service excellent as always. Yes it was a different experience but the team worked hard to ensure some normality.

Brilliant hair cut
It was a great experience this afternoon. 3 family members at the same time. Andrew was fantastic with my 8 year old who had cut her own hair - she left a happy girl! Alice did a great hair do and my daughter Gabriella was really pleased with her trim and blow dry. Thank you all x
