Have been going to The Glass house for years and years, it’s just such a wonderful salon. The staff are incredible, their training is first class and their approach to work is fun and professional! The recent investment into the Salon shows Cathy has a beautiful vision and goals for the salon! Then there is the hair itself, my post partnum hair was in desperate need If a revamp and Cathy delivered!! 10/10

I am so pleased to have found John at the Glasshouse.
He remembered me instantly but more importantly he remembered my hair and it’s quirks!
He is simply lovely and I don’t ever leave feeling I need to get in the car and adjust my new hair style.
He also has fabulously strong hands and gives the best head massage in the county.
I have been a Glass House customer for many years and have always been satisfied with my hair care . John is a great hair dresser , polite, kind and good at his job and very much engaging to please the client .
Previously Jade was the person who looked after my hair and she was lovely too .

I live in the US, but travel to the UK 6 times a year, it is always wonderful to have Cathy at The Glasshouse cut my hair, I have found no US hairdresser anywhere near as good as Cathy. The other staff are all delightful.
Every experience I have had at the glass house is amazing I wouldn’t ever go to another salon! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Daisy always does such an amazing job and my hair always looks incredible when I leave!

I have never been to the glasshouse before and it was the worst experience I have ever had. The service was rude! I had no introduction when met by my stylist. The stylist didn’t really acknowledge what I wanted and felt like there was no concentration throughout the colour process. Resulting in a bad finish. Rushed is how I can describe it.
I wasn’t offered any magazines whilst my colour was developing, had two drinks within the four hours I was there.
Whilst my colour was being washed off, they were ripping the mesh out of my hair. There was no tranquility in the basin area, which is what you would normally expect when having your hair washed.
Then it got to the haircut which took 10minutes to cut and cost £65! My hair was dried by another member of staff which was using a brush with bent bristles which was again ripping through my hair; whilst they were drying the front of my hair, the brush kept being pushed against my face and there were a number of times that the hair dryer could of hit my in the face. This member of staff was over friendly and made me feel uncomfortable.
Overall if you want to come out with a crappy colour, damaged hair then go to the glasshouse, it’s overpriced and rude!

After having a hair disaster having my hair completely hacked, I came in to see Cathy who squeezed me in given the time I came to her, she added a few hair extensions matching the colour perfectly you would not even be able to notice I had extensions in and cut them all in amazingly. I came out of the salon a completely different person from feeling like I couldn't leave the house to a movie star. Thank you so much for giving me my confidence back and taking such care of my hair. Cannot recommend enough ladies/gents.
Every single person is so genuine caring and just lovely people all of them you feel like your coming to visit friends and while you are you can have your hair done what more can you ask for ???
So I have been a client of Laurence for the past 6 months and I can confidentially say he is by far the best barber that has ever touched my hair. The fade and lines he creates are out of this world! Highly recommend!

My friend bought me a voucher for the Glass House so I eventually got around to using it. Firstly I would never have gone here initially as I just thought it would be too expensive! I was pleasantly surprised and the experience was fabulous. Everyone liked my hair cut and so did I so I will definitely come back.
