Best colour I’ve ever had!

Very friendly and professional

I came in today with my twin girls who are autistic and don't enjoy having their hair cut. They also have very thick curly hair which I was finding hard to manage. Francesca was so good with both girls and made them feel relaxed. She also sorted their hair out and gave me some great tips on how to look after their curls. I feel more confident in looking after their hair now. We will be back!

Well where do I start!!
I went to Francesca for the first time for a free consultation where she really put me at ease, listened to what I had to say and we came up with a plan. I felt I was in very confident capable hands.
I arrived on the day of my hair appointment
Again we went over this plan to see if we were still on the same page
I had a lot of time there as I really wanted to achieve the impossible
Well what can I say!!
I had a fabulous time :)
What with little Darla (her chihuahua) sitting on my lap
To us chatting laughing And Francesca having all the patience in the world, we achieved what I really wanted
She knows her stuff. She looks after your hair with care and has all the information on hair that you need
Being a hairstylist myself I was totally impressed
I would recommend her to everyone.

Great service; really friendly. Did what I asked for.

As always, Trudy fully understands what I want from a haircut.

Just love the way Trudy cuts and blow dries my hair, she’s calm reassuring and asks your opinion which makes you feel as ease. She listens to what you what and recognises that you know your own hair and what works best. Please don’t leave Trudy or I’ll have to hunt you down ?

Honestly without doubt one of the best hairdresser experiences I have had. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left I felt so welcomed and taken care of. My hair was in a awful state and Francesca did such a good job on it I am shocked that it’s the same head of hair I came in with. Will be returning for all my hair treatments from now on

Francesca cut my daughter's hair. She is 5, and has curly hair. Francesca is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and made my girl feel comfortable. My daughter loved the hair tinsel, and also cuddling Francesca's dog while having her hair cut!

Just when I thought my last colour was the best I have ever had... The magician that is Francesca has pulled it out of the hat again.

Every appointment is full of laughs but most importantly I come out of the saloon with a huge spring in my step and a huge smile.

It's always daunting changing salons when you move area but this has probably been the best move I have ever made.

Between now and my follow up appointment I will strut around Walton like the blonde Khaleesi I was born to be ?

I've only used this salon twice so far, but I will definitely be using them again. On both of my visits the staff have been friendly, polite and cheerful.
Francesca has done my hair both times and always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with what I'm having done, also very helpful at explaining things to me. She put my hair in a lovely French braid, which I was so pleased with that I will be going back again for again.
The puppy dog is a cute bonus too. You would be mad not to use this salon. Marks out of 10 is an easy 15. Many thanks.
