First time with a new stylist/Colourist in over 15 years!

Just WOW!
Not only was the the service AMAZING Francesca listened and explained all of the options available. My hair is a working progress but I can honestly say after one visit I felt so confident and the colour looked beautiful.

I can not wait for my next visit x

I always enjoy meeting up with Trudy who asks me how my previous cut has lasted and then brings my hair back to the way I like it. Meanwhile we chat about what we’ve done since the last time we met.

I’ve had Francesca for a number of years now as my hairdresser. After colour treatments to cover the grey, I’ve now decided to embrace it. With great consultations, advice and having the vision to see what will suit my hair best. Francesca always welcomes me with a smile and politeness.

I'm sorry we were quite disappointed with our experience today.
I had told my five year old daughter that she would get to experience having her hair washed, cut and styled for the first time. I had read your post on Instagram that said it was a VIP experience that would include all of that. I had also showed her the photo you displayed of the girl with lots of fun colours in her hair and so we thought she would receive something similar. That is what I had requested when booking. She was very excited all week. Sadly she didn’t get her hair washed or dried/styled and only a tiny barely visible bit of tinsel was added. She was trying to not cry towards the end and then burst into tears when we got to the car.

You were very kind, but the results and experience was nothing like we had hoped for her first salon trip.

What a lovely salon, I phoned on the off chance of an appointment the same day and got one!!
Francesca was so friendly and made me feel at ease, its always alittle worrying going to a new salon, but I didnt need to worry, I explained what I wanted and Francesca advised what she thought and here we are a haircut that has made me feel better, my hair is so soft and bouncy and I do love how my hair just feels lighter. The added bonus was Dalia the most cutest little chihuahua to cuddle what having tpur hair cut !! The whole Team in the Salon were friendly.
I've booked my next appointment already.

Excellent in all aspects

The process is not easy, taking out hair extensions and putting back in - but Rosa did it effortlessly and lm so happy with the way it looks and feels. Plus great hospitality!

This is my second time coming to the salon and again I’m left very happy staff are always friendly and kind. A big thank you to Rosa for my princess hair!

Francesca’s attention to colour is extraordinary, every detail is thought about, hair is her canvas she’s an artist. I LOVE the result. Great atmosphere at RNR, I will definitely be returning when I’m back in the U.K and will recommend to friends in the meantime x

I am very happy with my 6-8 weekly appointments with Trudy. She creates a comfortable atmosphere whilst giving a great service. I only go in for a trim but come out with much more!

Actually I have done so and they been exceptionally pleased.
I have been going to Rosa for over 7 years and I would NEVER go ANYWHERE else!!

I came in for a blow dry before a wedding, wow what a fantastic blow dry, Francesca decided that the use of a hot tool would compliment my hair and the curls stayed in for days! Really friendly environment, helped me entertain my three year old too!

I’ve been going to Rosa for years. I went on Thursday and got my hair coloured, cut and styled. Rosa is great and letting me try things but also telling me what will work. The whole atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly.

Francesca did a fabulous job of giving me a lime green hidden panel, it's gorgeous!
