The process is not easy, taking out hair extensions and putting back in - but Rosa did it effortlessly and lm so happy with the way it looks and feels. Plus great hospitality!

I am very happy with my 6-8 weekly appointments with Trudy. She creates a comfortable atmosphere whilst giving a great service. I only go in for a trim but come out with much more!

I came in for a blow dry before a wedding, wow what a fantastic blow dry, Francesca decided that the use of a hot tool would compliment my hair and the curls stayed in for days! Really friendly environment, helped me entertain my three year old too!

I’ve been going to Rosa for years. I went on Thursday and got my hair coloured, cut and styled. Rosa is great and letting me try things but also telling me what will work. The whole atmosphere is so relaxed and friendly.

Trudy is a marvellous hairdresser. It’s a simple as that. She takes her time, is methodical and professional. She provides excellent customer service.

However, my appointment started 30 minutes late and I’d left work early to get to my appointment on time. That was disappointing but won’t stop me going back.

Trudy was very kind and toke effort and time into fixing my botched haircut best it could have been.
I didn't think I could trust anyone with my hair after I had a bad experience somewhere else but I feel comfortable here and know I will get the haircut I actually want. Highly recommend!
