Dennis is a bit more expensive than some other hairdressers, but he is the best one I have had in a long time. His service is very personal, he gives his customers a great experience.

I switched salons after 15 years so wasn’t sure what the experience would be like. I couldn’t be happier! Dennis has exceptional cutting skills, a great understanding of what suits my face and my hair and did a fab blow dry. Not only that, I have washed my hair and was able to blow dry it too. Dennis is charming and engaging, all the staff are welcoming and kind - and I’ve already booked my next cut. A really awesome hair salon experience, thank you Macco Hair!
Mia was looked after, consulted about what she would like done and really loved her cut and blow dry. Everyone was very friendly and there was a warm environment which put her at ease.. Very happy teenager!

As a bloke, it seems to me that there are two things you want from a hairdresser: 1. Your hair looks great after it's been cut; 2. it still looks great a month later. The first of these (it seems) is easy enough to achieve; most hairdressers can do it. It's the second which is hard, and this is where Dennis excels. I'm always pleased that my hair stays looking good after it's started to grow out, and that (for me) is the acid test of a hairdresser.
Other stuff is a bonus: Dennis is a really nice guy, clearly knows his stuff, prices are reasonable etc. etc. But it's because my hair still looks good so long after each visit – that's what keeps me coming back.

Gillian has to be the best ever colour technician that has coloured my hair. Most hairdressers just touch up my roots but Gillian really colours the whole head. And the colour match is perfect. And I even got a free rough dry from a lovely junior called Tilly who was very professional and smoothed my hair and I left the salon with silky shiny hair.
