Dennis is an extremely talented hairdresser and he is always professional, offers a pampering experience, conversational and fun. He has been cutting and styling my hair for a number of years and always makes me look good. I have been to many hairdressers in my life and he is the best there is.
Lee is a super hairdresser and great fun to chat with. Everyone in the salon is friendly and helpful.

I recently had my hair cut and coloured at Macco Hair and can honestly say I’m thrilled with the results. Dennis created a beautiful cut, and Lucy did the full head of highlights. Both are amazing.
I also took my 3 year old daughter to have her hair cut which was great.
Macco is a lovely salon with very a friendly team. Will definitely return.

Gillian is an amazing colourist as she mixes three different shades to give me a perfect balance to my hair colour. This time it was a full head of foils so I now have a very 'natural' look. The end result is very pleasing. A resent haircut by Lee is still so easy to manage. His styling brings out the best of my very curly hair which enables me to keep it looking good.
I have short hair that I’m trying to grow out and was recommended to try Dennis. I’m so glad I did, Dennis really discussed with me and decided what the best plan and style for my hair type would be. The staff are friendly and I love my hair! Will definitely be going back.

I can’t fault the friendliness and the way all staff try to make this an enjoyable experience. Hair washing/condoning includes a short head massage and a choice of hot and cold drinks are offered while you are there. The salon is clean and tidy and makes a pleasant atmosphere. The colourists and hair cutters are expert at what they do. The only negative is that it is very pricey.
Always a 5 star experience at Macco. I would never go anywhere else for my cut (with Dennis) and colour (with Gillian)

I should firstly mention that I have a short hair style and that it’s almost impossible to find a decent hairdresser who knows how to cut short hair well; I’ve been searching for months! And finally, I have found one! Dennis not only has a natural ability to cut hair with precision and care but he also has that rare quality which is difficult to find: creative flair and an attention to detail which is next to none!
He was not only attentive but also anxious to get as much information from me as possible, in order to achieve the results I was hoping for. Despite the fact I was perhaps quite vague, he seemed to understand exactly the sort of style I was hoping to achieve.
Needless to say I am very happy with my recent hair cut - the colour is perfect (thank you Lucy!) - so much so that I have booked the next two appointments! Thank you Dennis and Lucy!!! Definitely worth paying a visit to Macco’s If you want a professional hair cut in a friendly and caring environment.

Pleased as always with service but I do think £100 is expensive for the amount of hair I actually had cut off (ie 3mm off the length, not layers!) Maybe a trim price would be easier to swallow.

Been going to MACCO for years. Love the way my hair is coloured and then cut by Lee. The salon looks as though it is closed from the outside. Dennis needs to put up a banner. I don’t think putting up the the prices will attract more Clients. We drive up from Chichester and will seriously have to consider the combined cost of hair and driving if the costs go up any more.
All the staff are great at Macco & make you feel very welcome.
