As I had been in the salon for over 5 hours I was in a hurry to leave. I paid my bill on my credit card without checking it. When I got home `I called them. I was told to return the next day and they would rectify. The next day when I went in I was confronted by both the stylist and receptionist who told me my Colour/cut and blow dry did not fall under the £99 special offer of Colour/cut and blow dry. Why then did they not save me a trip to the salon for following day and telephoned me instead? They need to work on their customer services. They have taken £229 from me today but they have lost my business and recommendations for the future.

When we spoke to the stylist they advised that in your consultation the service which you required was not included in the £99 special offer. You were happy to proceed and advised that cost wasn't an issue. You left the salon loving your new look so we are saddened to read this review. As a gesture of goodwill we would like to offer you a complimentary blow dry with Jodie. Do give us a call if you would like to accept this offer.

I recent wanted to back to being ashy/icy blonde after having a root drag to give my hair a break from the bleach. Rhi done an amazing job I'm absolutely over the moon with my colour, I thought I would have to have a lengthy process to get back to the blonde I was, but she brought the colour through within one visit to the salon and made me very icy/ashy and no brown is to be seen. Her talent and skill for hair is the best and I will continue with Rhi as she gets my hair perfect every time and all the girls are lovely in the salon they make you feel so at home! :)

Lovely friendly staff, got a great deal online and I still was given multiple complementary hair products like heat protectant and keratin oil after the blow dry. Would definitely go again and recommend to anyone!

I wanted to drag my natural colour down into my bleach so it would be less damaging and more healthier. Rhi achieved this immensely well and done a perfect balayage with a perfect cut that made my hair look much thicker. Would 100% recommend Rhi!!!

Im somone who hates going to the hairdressers for a number of reasons. Main reason is i never quite get what i want/imagined. I booked an appt here for the first time with no clue of which stylist i was getting. I was told Lily would be doing my hair. Really glad i had her as she done an amazing job on colouring my hair. She listened to exactly what i wanted and offered me the best solution. I would definitely book with only her again. Only downside was that i had to wait 40mins to be seen once i arrived there for my appt time as she was with another client. Apart from that im really happy overall.

Excellent hair dye as it needed to be rectified from the bleach blonde dye I had just had done at rush in walton which was dreadful with yellow routes. Rhi and Charlotte were v v helpful accommodating and re bleached my routes to the colour they should have been and rhi did a brilliant cut too. V happy and please praise them. Thank you.
