I had not been to the salon before, when I arrived for my appointment all of the staff were really friendly. The salon is really nice and has a great atmosphere. I was made to feel really comfortable. I came away with a great haircut, my stylist was lovely. From my experience I will happily use this salon again, without the discount.

There are lots of salons in Weybridge so you’ve really got to be good to survive. This salon could be good but needs to try much harder. Biggest issue was that the hairdresser did not come out to see me pre hair wash. I had to ask. She wasn’t busy. Just at back. Second issue was that the hair washer was under legal age to work. Year 9 at school. I was not offered foot rest by her and had to ask if there was one. I had to sit on a cushion as sinks too high. It was all a bit uncomfortable. Hair washer struggled to get water temp correct. She did give me a good head massage. Finally I had cut which was ok. I’d bought this on groupon so I paid about £24. I was reasonably happy. Nothing special. If I had paid double I would have been really disappointed. I would not go back as there are lots of better places to go so Browns if you want to survive up your game.

Shannon gave excellent suggestions and reassured me that it would look natural.
