Lovely massage. Staff very lovey but massage was disturbed by noisy staff/customers. Not sure why they have a nail bar right outside massage room. Massage also ended approx 8 minutes early, the equivalent of almost £9. There was also a lot of creaking from upstairs that disturbed the massage. Unfortunately this was a real treat for me but not as relaxing as hoped.

Lovely beautician was really soothing/understanding/patient with me (we all know bikini waxes aren't the most enjoyable experience!) Although, the good quality hot wax, as well as an experienced technique helped minimalise the pain that (literally) comes with the territory!

Definitely recommend Glitterati - especially as I got a generous discount for being a first-time customer.

By far the best hot wax outside of London. I have had two different therapists and they both have been exceptional.

I visit Glitterati to have my eyebrows, eyelashes and waxing done and it is brilliant. I cannot recommend Gemma highly enough - she's not only lovely, friendly and chatty, but she's also a fantastic beauty therapist. I trust her completely and know that all my treatments will be perfect. I've never had better eyebrows, so thank you, Gemma! All the Glitterati therapists are very friendly and so accommodating. I love visiting the spa and recommend it regularly. Just fabulous!

I had the Espa deluxe manicure & I am so pleased with it. My nails & hands were in a bad state & I left with them feeling amazing. Manicures have never lasted for me & this time 3 days later I don't even have 1 chip, best manicure I have ever had. The staff are lovely & friendly & the salon itself is very relaxing with a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend the salon & would go back for any beauty treatments.

I visited after suddenly feeling pain in my back and neck. Thankfully they were able to acomidate me as a drop in (rather than pre-booking) the massage helped greatly with my tense muscles. Great value and service.

First trip to the new Glitterati Beauty Spa. It was very impressive, friendly welcoming staff & luxurious Zen like surroundings.

I had an Express Facial with Heidi, it was a very relaxing experience. I now wish I'd booked a longer treatment.
